Not for me, but brilliant customer service
So whilst the product wasn't for me, I can't fault the customer service for me returning the covers. Just couldnt get them to fit correctly on my sofa, have quite baggy sofa seat cushions so they didn't want to stay tucked in even with the foam sticks they provided. I bought these in the UK and the returns address was to the UK for anyone else wondering.

After long waiting (more than 3 weeks) I contacted them just to hear that my order is just being PROCESSED and will provide me with a tracking number once it's shipped. Seriously?!!!!! 3 weeks of waiting time for just having it processed?!
Don't waste your money.
Don't waste your money on this product. I ordered two large covers for a sectional, I measured my couch and followed their sizing recommendations. I chose what I thought would be a nice cover, a light blue/grey with little white constellations on it. I finally received my package a month later, which I expected due to COVID shipping delays. What I received was not what I expected, however.
Quality: Poor. It is thin (akin to a cheap fitted sheet) and will not provide your furniture with any extra protection against pets, etc. The design looks extremely cheap and stretches out all over once the cover is on. The color of the cover is not consistent or solid as is advertised, also making it look extremely cheap.
Fit: fits, but just barely. I wasn't able to tie it underneath as directed due to how tight it was. I followed the size guidelines provided by SofaLush and was still sent something that fit my couch poorly. The styrofoam rods meant to secure the cover in between the cushions do NOT stay in. Every time I sit down, a few pop out and need to be resecured, defeating the purpose of the cover.
Packaging: The website looks legit which is why I purchased these covers rather than another brand. What I received was not so; poorly written instructions, half broken English, half Chinese. What I thought was a reputable company based out of the U.S and Canada (as stated on their website), is actually a super cheap product from China. NOT as advertised.
Price: The worst part of all is the price. These covers are expensive. I feel like an idiot having spent so much money.
Customer service: I can only speak to the returns process. If you open the package, they are not returnable. You have to open the package to see the cover and evaluate whether or not it fits your furniture. The company advertises its return/exchange process as customer-friendly but it's not. In order to return or exchange your product, it cannot be open. in the event that you do not open it, you have to send it back to China with tracked shipping and the cost is not covered by SofaLush. It will cost upwards of 75 CAD to return the product and at that point, it is hardly worth it. If the package is lost on its way back, SofaLush will not honor the return so you will out even more money.
Bottom line: this product is GARBAGE, do not waste your money. There are much better sofa covers out there.

I tried for HOURS to get this to fit on my sofa. I purchased a two-seater and a one-seater. My sofa is smaller than the average two-seater and the fabric was still too small. It is advertised that the one-seater can be used for ottomans and once again, it did not fit. Return policy is horrible - no prepaid shipping label so it would be $194 for me to return to the UK. Took a MONTH to get here from China. Instructions are useless because they are typed in broken English.

Huge delays, bizarre (mis)communications
Unfortunately I cannot review the product as I still haven't received my order, placed on 28 Nov 2020 (today's date: 17 Jan 2021). I have tried to cancel my order to no avail as I was told it had already shipped. I fully understand and accept that SofaLush cannot do much about delivery delays during a pandemic, but they can and should do something about their cancellation and refund policies under these exceptional circumstances. (By the way, their website still states that "Minor delays are happening internationally" due to Covid, a shocking understatement). Their refund policy remains unchanged: the cost of guaranteed delivery for returns and possible 'restocking fees' falls on the customer regardless of the reason for the return. After all this time I of course have no more use for what I ordered as I had to find an alternative locally. I have been trying to lodge a complaint and they're still responding to me as if I'm still trying to cancel my order. What a waste of time and money.

Run the other way! Don't buy from them.
Never buy anything from SofaLush! Pictures and colors are not as shown on the website. Their comment is "it all depends on how the picture was taken." I do websites for a living, and you have pretty good control as to how your images look.
Also, they are based in the UK so it took a month to get to the US. Plus, if you have to return it because you don't like it or it's not as pictured on the website you have to pay for return shipping which is a minimum of $75.

It is made in China and as I track it , it says it is still in transit and shows it just left China a few days ago!
Terrible product
Terrible product. Doesn’t fit, not even close and our couch is the exact measurements on their website. It took over a month to get it. And... instructions are obviously written by a non-English speaker. Trying to return, expecting to get screwed there too.
Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
This has been the most frustrating buying experience. So much so that I created a trustpilot account to warn people.
We order a sofa cover and after a month I was concerned when it hadnt arrived and no contact from seller or courier.
When I contacted sofalush I was told that my address was incorrect and the courier had tried to deliver but couldnt and I should take it up with them.
I was annoyed neither had been in contact, surely that would have been a sensible thing to do since they had my contact details?
The courier investigated it but could not find the package and asked me to get back in touch with sofalush so they could liaise with them and find out the problem.
Sofalush do not read my emails where I consistently detail everything clearly to make things easier. They just state my address was input wrong into their form and 'perhaps this is why your parcel has not turned up yet'. SO INFURIATING!
They will not take this seriously. It is clearly an autocorrect error which has happened when I have clicked 'confirm' on the form subscription, I did not enter my street address twice MANUALLY.
Anyway I'm sure things do go smooth for others if technology doesn't cause a blip, but, buyer beware if anything does goes awry - it will be your fault and they dont care.
2 months after purchase we have no sofa cover, no offer of a new order being despatched and no offer of a refund.
You know what that is? Theft.

It was not worth it for me...
I ordered one of their sofa covers and it was not worth it. I placed the order at the beginning of June and got confirmation of shipping 6 days later. 20 days after the initial order, I got an email informing about prolonged shipping time. 5 weeks after the order I contacted them asking about the expected delivery times. They replied next week and I kept waiting. After about a week or two I contacted them again to ask what is going on as I saw my package had been spiraling in Beijing for weeks as it was deemed a security risk or something. No responses beyond this point from them. So I contacted them via PayPal and nothing. Note, they have different email in PayPal and on their website. So I made a claim via PayPal. Then it finally arrived, 11 weeks later and the quality was a disappointment. The material is very see through, the fit is very bizarre and the some of the strings used to secure it, were already torn.

So unlike some people I did actually receive my order and within good time even though it did come from China. The quality is not great, the cover is very see through so I can see my old sofa through the cover. As for fitment, well it does fit, I measured it as per the instructions on the website and yes it does fit. However the straps just snapped with very little force, you really need straps which clip together as tying them together is a pain. Then there's the little foam tubes which supposedly you push into each corner, well these are pretty much useless, they are too thin to do anything and constantly pop out. The overall quality seems very cheap, even for something which is around £60, i'm betting most of the cost is shipping as theres not much quality in the material. I've no doubt that it will last not very long before it rips. I'd avoid a cover and save up to buy a new sofa.

Product came from China. Took 4 weeks to get into the States. Then the product looked cheap and didn't fit any of the couches after double checking measurements. We then had to pay for return shipping to the UK which costs almost as much as the product. Awful customer service. Would recommend not buying from here.
Love this cover!
I ordered a cover for my sofa and it got quite delayed in shipping due to the pandemic. SofaLush customer service was excellent and was always quick to respond to my emails. It was worth the wait. Beautiful, and as shown in the pictures. Well worth the wait. Make sure to measure as per the recommendations on the site- I had to order a bit larger than I would have expected And it fits perfectly!

The website sofalush.com represents that it sells couch slipcovers. The purchase goes as it would for any online merchant from the user perspective. You select your item/items and input your payment information. However, the items will never be received. You will receive multiple requests for patience as the item is supposedly delayed in China due to COVID-19 related shipping delays. When you email for an update, a representative named Francine will respond (via the info email address), and send the same tracking number that routes to a Chinese package tracking website. It is meant to delay suspicion that your product will not arrive. This website was set up in March of 2020, and is a scam. Multiple reports of this impacting other users have been found on messages boards related to this product, and matches my experience with the company

Pretty much a scam.
Awful. I don’t even know where to begin. I ordered a cover for $60 mid May and it didn’t arrive until early August. When I originally ordered, I didn’t have to make an account and they didn’t send me a confirmation email. So for a long time, I had no way of knowing my tracking number or order number. Therefore, I didn’t have a way to cancel or even know if a cover was coming. I emailed them and they gave me a tracking number that wasn’t even updating. When it still hadn’t arrived, I emailed them again letting them know that I’d like to cancel aaaand I never heard back. I made an account specifically to leave a review, and there’s no way to leave one on their site. Big shock. After all this you’d think the cover would be worth it? Absolutely not. It is now almost the end of August (2 weeks of use) and there’s already 5 holes and the fabric has pilled all over. Terrible company, mediocre product - a borderline scam.
