I really appreciated the excellent service provided by the team in Preston.
Doreen, in particular, was exceptional. As a highly professional and knowledgeable sales consultant, she went far beyond simply supporting the sale. She took the time to genuinely understand my needs, preferences, and what I was looking for.
There was quite a lot of back-and-forth and experimentation throughout the process, and I cannot thank Doreen enough for her exceptional patience, understanding, and willingness to help at every stage. She made the whole experience feel personal and reassuring.
A huge thank you to Doreen and the entire Preston team for such a positive experience. Their commitment to customer service is truly appreciated.

Salesperson was obviously keen to get the sale but I still felt able to walk away if I was unhappy with anything.

Brilliant sofo company

No hard sell, advise only on the best way to clean the sofa, and information to help use choose the best finish ie leather or fabric.

Was greeted upon entry to the store, not harassed or badgered….. pointed to the furniture we wanted to enquire about and when we were ready Amanda was very helpful, knowledgeable and listened to what we needed and gave advice on our purchase.
