Quick support for an installation issue.
What we wish to get from a good company with a great product.

Great products and friendly customer service. I’ve been a customer for years!

The App worked fine for a few months and then.....started freezing. Contacted support and initially they were helpful and I updated the app with a link they gave me and it worked again. I renewed my subscription after a year and a month later it stopped working altogether. Sent half a dozen support emails over three months and no reply. Eventually cancelled by subscription and deleted the apps. Would not recommend based on usage and non existing support.

I received a response to my review asking me to email support and they would assist. I emailed four times and nothing. Used their chat bot....and it refers you to support. Tried to review my subscriptions and it sends an email to log in and does not arrive 12 times!! If I want to buy a license it works pretty good!?

I emailed four more times to 'Reach out' and no response. Its a pity as it used to be a reliable company when I bought my first few licences!?

They solved for me a problem on a old software. In 10 second… they told me in 30… 😂

I originally purchased a lifetime license for this app, only to be forced to buy it again when support for newer Apple TVs was delayed for over a year and the developer refused to honor my original purchase with a vague excuse.
Now, after repurchasing another year, the app still doesn’t work properly. Every .mkv/.mp4 video I try to play disconnects after a few minutes, despite playing fine on other players like VLC. Mirroring my entire screen works perfectly, it’s the app that’s the problem. Support just gives generic responses and takes no responsibility for the issues.
I’ve already paid for this product three times. It still doesn’t work. I want a refund.

I needed a code to make my Walter 2 app work again, I reached out after 2-3 years and they sent me a new code that worked instantly. Thanks AMY!

Changed computers. Pinged customer support. Gave me new key, no issues.

I cancelled my subscription for two reasons:

1- I have been renewing my subscription with the promise that AltTunes is coming soon, and I really wanted a software like that but so far it is still coming soon, so I believe i am waisting my money till it comes, I might get it later as a stand alone without a subscription.
2- I have been trying to download a song from Youtube with your YT converter but it keeps blocking the conversion (the song is a new song about the current war in middle east) clearly your are supporting that country and I am not interested to pay my money if you are supporting them as part of me boycotting them, I converted the song using a free website and it was quick.

It is easier to download music onto my iphone with WALTR PRO than fighting with iTunes.

I reached out to Softorino customer and revceived a timely reply from a CSR named Darren. Turned out my problem was caused by using my VPN and not the fault of Softorins’s software. Problem solved.

Support is quick and personal. The Youtube Converter is excellent and often updated.
