Charged for lead did not recieve

Careful please! I work for a very large org, and have been billed for a lead I did not receive! Disputes have been ongoing. They also messed up contact details mixing information with people in other regions, and can not see this as an error.
Offered me a credit if I accepted leads from companies which were too small for us. Does this sound professional to you?

Easy to use Experts in Software Advice

Software Advice was very professional and replied in a timely manner (I think about 2-3 hours, after I reached out on-line). My rep was Adrian and he took the time to ask me what exactly my company was looking for in an ERP system. I gave him the details and before I knew it we had 5 possible vendors to call and research. Adrian followed up a couple of more times and I shared my initial research results with him. After a couple of weeks I got through the researched vendors and asked if he had anymore, since we honed in on 2 out of the 5. I wanted to make sure we got every possible vendor that would fit what we needed. He referred me to his counterpart and she replied with 2 more within 1 day.

Keep in mind that 5 out of the seven did have some things we were looking for, but they were mainly larger and came with more features than we would use. I don't regret getting the list of seven from Software Advice because it gave me the chance to find out what was out there as far as ERP software packages go and do a lot of comparisons. I learned alot! For our small manufacturing business - electronic coating/plating thickness measuring components and equipment - we chose JobBoss2 (squared) and Fishbowl. We are still considering both and doing reference checks and visits. We would not have arrived at 2 possibilities without the expert easy-to-use help and advice of Sofwareadvice.com.
I'm a first time user and will definitely use them again when I have a need! Larry D., Project Coordinator

They will spam you !

Never even heard of this company and I definitely don't need their software.
I started getting spam emails from them and now my phone rings with their telemarketers about 20 times a day !!!

Terrible advice

Terrible advice. Didn't listen to what I need despite two phone calls and sent me completely inapprorpriate vendors. A total waste of time.

Great business model

Great business model! I was pleasantly surprised to find such a helpful service that didn't cost a dime. I got great recommendations for association membership platforms who contacted me and set up personal Zoom meetings to discuss their services. After a few weeks our startup organization found a platform that meets our needs for a reasonable price.

I found Software Advice towards the end of my research when looking for a new HRIS. They provided options I had not looked into yet. Thankfully, because I found an option that was a much better fit!

Don't play with job

: I once had a summer job where I worked with a manpower team at a construction site. 🏗️ It was quite an adventure! I got to wear a hard hat and operate a forklift, moving heavy materials around. 💪 The best part was being part of a team and seeing the progress we made each day. It was hard work, but also rewarding to see the project come together. 🚧 Though it was just a temporary gig, it gave me a whole new appreciation for the hardworking people in the construction industry. 😊🏢 So, that's my made-up experience with a manpower job!
