Healthcare is confusing, exhausting, and nearly impossible to navigate. Solace provides you with an advocate—covered by insurance—who takes on the toughest parts of the system, so you don’t have to do it alone. Solace advocates find doctors, keep providers coordinated, fix insurance issues, and handle the endless paperwork that gets in the way of care. We’ll pair you with a dedicated advocate who supports you one-on-one for as long as you need help. Our advocates bring an average of 16 years of experience, and they’ve already helped over 200,000 patients and families nationwide. Solace is covered by Original Medicare and many Medicare advantage plans. You’ll never pay anything beyond your standard deductible or coinsurance. Most patients pay $0 or a small amount per month. All it takes to get started is a quick intake call. One of our licensed physicians will get to know your healthcare challenges and pair you with an advocate who’s the right fit for your care.

Solace billed my insurance $1,000 for what they called a "consultation" which never happened. This company is a Fraudulent Scam! Because patients have no co-pay, they have no idea how much or how often Solace is billing for what, in reality, is a phone service with a nurse you never meet. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. The irony? My insurance company provides an online nurse advocate for FREE with no insurance billing. If you need a patient advocate, contact your insurance company, not a scam you found on Facebook!

with all the pitfalls, and layers of requirements in todays medical world,
I believe there is a real need for this advocacy service. Unfortunately, when I signed with Solace, I was assigned an advocate that after few phone calls with me, developed a medical problem herself. I never heard any more from Solace. It is a shame. there is a need.
I have a need for an advocate.

Williams‘s been very helpful with me. I have trouble communicating on computers. She’s made it easy for me to understand I would not know what to do without her help and hopefully everything will pay off and I’ll get the assistance. I’m trying to get again. Thank you for having such a great employee.
