Everything is great with my advocate, but the video reception every week is horrible! We get dropped at least two times in an hour and we have to re-start our session and it’s really quite annoying! You need to do something and fix this.

Very disappointing. I had a screening call with a physician, two calls with a nurse navigator. None provided any info that wasn't already easily available on-line nor provided any help. I asked for help with transportation to appointments . I shared what I had explored on my own. I was read a generic list, repeating the same info which included options that weren't applicable, based on insurance and address, info she had prior to the call.
We did a f/u call. She provided the same info. I went to the website of 2 of the programs during the call to read directly why certain programs weren't applicable. She was surprised and offered to research further.
I had specific questions about rollator reimbursement. She didn't know, but would explore. I asked again during our follow-up call. She couldn't find the email she sent to "someone"-and didn't seem to have info on what we already discussed. This may be too harsh, but it felt lt like she had very little knowledge about either issue beyond what seemed to be pre-scripted, info that is easy for anyone to access on their own,
I'm sure Solace bills and gets reimbursed by Medicare and my supplement for all of these phone visits. Given their ad campaign, I'm sure it's profitable. I'm disappointed Medicare covers what for me was just lip service and provided no info (even less info) than I easily found online, especially since there are far more valuable servces for patients like me that Medicare does not cover.

My healthcare advocate goes above and beyond, I'm extremely satisfied with all the help Lacey has given me in just this short period of time working with her. She diligently finds every possible resource by can utilize, and I am extremely satisfied with the services I received from my patient advocate through Solace Health. I am in end stage renal failure, currently undergoing dialysis 3 days a week, for 4 long exhausting hours per session, I just don't have the energy or drive to do what my patient advocate can do for me.
