I had a minor issue with my purchase and Paul was extremely helpful from start to finish. He took the time to understand the problem and made sure everything was resolved quickly. Thanks to his support, all the lights are now working perfectly for us. Really appreciate the great customer service!

The 12 in-ground lights i ordered were packaged and delivered promptly. Some of the lights delivered had a very slight imperfection, a short email with attached photos to Paul from SolaGarden and within a couple of hours I received a reply informing me that that replacements had been arranged and would sent asap. The lights that I did install look amazing, they switch on just as the sun starts to set and only switch off when it starts to get light the following morning. They create a wonderful ambience in our garden and along our pathways. Great product and service. Lastly a big thanks to Paul for the prompt and professional
service he provided.

Amazing lights, I just love them. You can time them, choose different settings in light that you want. They are solar powered and the only thing you need is someone who can put them up safely for you and the panel in the sun and you have beautified your night environment. I bought several for gift especially after discussing how other cheaper brands are just not worth it because they don't last. I highly recommend them. I have the festoon lights and fairy lights. I have had mine for over 12months and brought a 4 pack and gifted some. It feels like you're spending a bit of money but it's actually great value for money in the long run.

Had a small issue with my lights so made contact to address the issue. Received a prompt reply and was sent a replacement part with a minimum of fuss.

Well to begin with the lights are fantastic. They look amazing and hold their charge well. On top of this the service is second to none. One of my lights was broken on delivery and the team were on it straight away and replaced it without any questions. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone.

Sola garden is 100% legit company and I recommend it to any prospective buyer of garden lighting.
Unfortunately one of the solar lights I purchased failed to work, Paul replaced the faulty unit promptly and without question.

The lights are effective, the bottom pieces come off quite easily in the garden.

The service I received when I encountered a problem. Looking after the customer, very refreshing & very efficient.

The festoon lights stopped working after only 2 months and so did some of the small firefly lights. Big disappointment as the length and spacing was perfect for my space. It confirms what I suspected as I was opening the packaging - the products sadly look like cheap landfill made in China, rebranded and resold in Australia!
