SCAM!! China scammers! Fake website photos. Quality was very poor and totally different from description plus almost 1 month late in delivery. No reasonable refund policy. I ordered 7 items, returne... See more

This is a scam. Do not buy from any store that says 'they are about to close'. They simply take your money and you get nothing despite apparently being delivered (by Yodel equally unhelpful) but to so... See more
I read the reviews here after placing an order and had no expectation whatsoever that my item was going to be as advertised. I received a knitted article close to the colours I expected, but the shape... See more
Garment so bad I wouldn’t consider donating to charity
My ‘jumper’ is photographed knit on polyester and like others SO cross I fell for this scam!
This is a total scam
This is a total scam. I have received several replies reassuring me my package is on its way and also that one item was unavailable so I could choose an alternative. The tracking does not work and I have received nothing. Criminal
This is a scam!
This is a complete scam and sold to me under misleading information. Solara are not London based and closing down. These goods are made in China and are 100% polyester and non refundable. Don’t be fooled liked the rest of us!
Shopping scam, advertising on Facebook
Ordered a lovely looking cotton knitted cardigan for £35 but received a tacky polyester and spandex tunic which you could buy in a pound shop. I have asked to return but have zero hope of any any good outcome since I will probably be asked to return it to China rather than the London office they pretend to operate out of.
Solars London is a scam masquerading as…
Solars London is a scam masquerading as a UK company that is, in fact sending cheap, falsely claimed item from China.
Solara London are a scam company…
Solara London are a scam company claiming that they offer 'Easy 14 day return guaranteed', but it would cost far more to return to CHINA than you paid for the shoddy goods in the first place. They should not be allowed to continue trading but I'm not sure how to go about getting Trading Standards to investigate them. I think you have to go via Citizens Advice?
Scam stay away!!
You already know my review, it's a scam who advertise pictures of good quality items but send you cheap copies made in China with awful smelly material. They are so cheeky they offered me an "immediate refund" of 10% to "save me the hassle" of retuning the package to China which they warn might be lost on the way! Alternatively they say why don't I sell locally to recoupe my loss or donate for a good cause! I never thought scumbags like these are allowed to operate in this country they should be immediately reported!!
It’s not really a one star it’s zero
It’s not really a one star it’s zero! Why did I fall for this … it shouldn’t say London when it is not. Inferior quality and £35 down the drain. Do not order from here. Gorgeous images from the website .. sadly not what eventually arrives in the post !
SCAM
Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews beforehand & obviously wouldn’t have ordered had I checked. Ordered 3 items, still waiting for delivery a month later . Items coming from china , don’t bother ,shop local
I would like to give zero stars
I would like to give zero stars. A complete scam from start to finish: a ghastly polyester thing instead of a cotton cardigan. Would be ashamed to take it to a charity shop. How can they be allowed to keep this scam up advertising on Facebook?
Simply a scam and a theft
Simply a scam and a theft. . Horrendous polyester top arrived instead of knitted jumper.
This is a scam
This is a scam. Products come from China and are nothing like pictures. Refund offered if you ship products directly back to China, to an address not available. Products are total rubbish. Instead of knitted jumpers, is a print of a knit jumper added to a horrible polyester sweatshirt. Don’t waste your money. Would have been zero stars if allowed.
Revolting quality and design and bears no relation to the picture they use to sell it. Rubbish on all accounts
Rubbish on all accounts. When the product eventually arrives by “express” delivery of 14 working days, it doesn’t look anything like the picture, is revolting quality and design. Everything they say on their website is untrue.
I have to agree with the other comments…
I have to agree with the other comments below. I am usually so careful and check reviews first so I must have had an off day! The jumper I ordered looks nothing like the colour on the website and the quality is really poor. Now I have to return it to China which as we all know is not going to happen as it will cost more than the item I've bought. Bloody disgraceful these companies can keep doing this!!!
I'm so cross with myself for falling…
I'm so cross with myself for falling for this and buying a jumper from them! Completely fell for it. Solara LONDON. Honestly trading standards should ban this company from trading within the UK as they're a complete scam. I wish I'd read the reviews first as there's not one single positive one. Don't use them under any circumstances. If I ever get the jumper I know it'll be inferior quality. Still, at least I only wasted £35. Could have been a lot worse! And I'm usually so good at spotting scams 😡
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY FROM…
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY FROM SOLARA LONDON. Total scam. If there was a no stars option I would have used that. Item ordered bore no resemblance whatsoever to either the photo or the description on the website. Wasn’t even recognisably a jumper. Unbelievable. Avoid at all costs.
A total scam
A total scam. Do not buy from this company.
They are acting illegally. They take your money and even though I realised instantly they were a scam, they claimed the order ‘had already been processed’. A total lie. Within 1 minute of ordering and from China…..
They refuse all refunds. Please report them to Facebook to stop them advertising and scamming others and to your credit card companies
They contravene UK law. They need to be shut down
AVOID AVOID AVOID
Completely agree with all the comments. A complete breach of Trading Standards - false advertising in the images, the easy returns, the sob story of a family run business, the sale prices. Been offered 20% of the value of the items rather than sending them back which would be £12! It would cost me £27 to return them. Like everyone else - a lesson learned!
It's a scam :(
Like everyone else, I fell for the Facebook scam and thought I bought a knitted jumper from a boutique closing down, only to be sent a poor quality import from china which isn't the lovely knitted jumper advertised.....I just wish I had read Trustpilot before. I can't believe I fell for it, but it's a lesson learnt!
It was such a bad experience
It was such a bad experience. Sophie is so friendly in customer services and wants to serve her customers but is powerless to really help.
1. It took weeks for the parcel to arrive
2. When it finally arrived it was 💯 not the same product as the image on the website. It was a nasty, cheap alternative.
And returning back to China is an outrageous returns policy with lots of warnings of price being high and timescales being long.
Absolute cowboys. Shouldn’t be in business.
