Faulty boots

Bought several pair of these boots and trainers but the last pair I bought when wearing proved to be faulty. The boots rubbed my ankles badly. When I asked customer services for advice they said as it was past 30 days there was nothing that could be done. Very poor service for faulty boot and a poor way to treat a loyal customer. Will not purchase these again as the price does not match the service. £250 wasted!

Disappointed in the comfort! Not made for wide fit feet!

I ordered the miracle trainers which in the description, are the widest trainers they make. The trainers themselves when they arrived, are lovely looking, beautiful leather. I adjusted the laces to fit my feet and they felt comfortable, so i decided to keep them. But after wearing them for a day at work, they felt tighter across the width throughout the day and standing my bunion felt rubbed and were red and sore when i took them off, i did wear with socks, they gave me the same pain as normal fashion trainers that cost half the price. I am disappointed as i was really looking forward to having pain free feet whilst standing working all day. I will keep them as a fashion trainer for when i only wear them for an hour or so! I feel you need to be more detailed with your width description as if they are your widest fit they should be suitable for an E width foot!

Not great or for wide feet in my experience

I ordered a pair of shoes believing that they would be wider (to accommodate bunions, which I don’t have) and more padded (for comfort) than ordinary shoes, hence the diagrams and price tag. I don’t have wide feet per se but they tend to swell over time in heels. I’m sorry to say I couldn’t even get my foot into the front part of the shoe to try them on! I am very disappointed. I realise now a lot of the reviews on here are actually praising customer service - but where a lot of people are actually returning the shoes. The refunds are also slow, given the price tag and there’s no returns updates. I emailed to see if they’d received them back and they told me to track the parcel myself! So if you are also reading these reviews looking for a wider shoe, I don’t think these are.

We're surprised to hear you couldn't get your foot into the shoes, as our designs feature wide toe boxes specifically to accommodate a range of foot shapes. However, this particular style is one of our highest heels, and naturally because of the height and angle, the fit can be slightly less generous than our other styles. We often recommend customers size up for our highest heels for this reason, and our Customer Care Team is always happy to provide personalised sizing advice.

Regarding your returns experience, we apologise if our response didn't meet your expectations. As the tracking information is on the postage receipt given when you drop items at the Post Office, we don't have access to this information – tracking the return yourself is the fastest way to see when it has reached us. Our standard refund process takes 3-5 working days from when the return reaches us, plus a further 7 working days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank. We're sorry if this felt slow to you, and we're working on improving our returns service with more frequent updated.

We appreciate you sharing your experience, even though these shoes weren't the right fit for you.

Stylish And Comfortable

I recently purchased two pairs of Sole Bliss trainers ( Track trainers) and they're so comfortable that I can wear them all day without any discomfort or soreness. I've been wearing these shoes for days now and finally my feet don't hurt anymore.

Shoes are uncomfortable

Delivery and returns etc were fine. I am around a UK 6.5, have moderate/severe bunions which are painful in most shoes. I ordered the Tread boots in size 6 which were the right size but not enough room for my bunion (no half size available), which defeats the whole point really, so returned. I also ordered the Luna flats in size 6.5 and kept them - bunions were actually accommodated but the shoes gave me very painful plantar fasciitis which I have never experienced before. My feet were sore and in pain for days after wearing the flats for a few hours. Wish I'd returned them as they're awful to wear and very expensive at £139!!! Such a regret. Would recommend New Balances (I size up), and Vibae to anyone looking for bunion-friendly shoes. Also tbh the designs at sole bliss are quite ugly IMO...

Handbag faulty and replacement handbag also faulty. Then no replacement available. Left with faulty bag

Bought two pairs of shoes and a matching handbag. All looked nice so threw away order/returns form. After first use of bag I noticed that the leather had a cut in it that I hadn’t initially noticed. I was concerned that with time this would worsen. So I asked to return the faulty handbag and get a replacement. This took many phone calls and emails as the customer service team couldn’t understand that I needed a copy of the order/returns form. Finally o was sent one. Returned handbag. Received replacement which was also faulty. Pointed this out. They had sold out so couldn’t send a replacement and they thought the indentation on all of one side of the bag would disappear with time. It hasn’t. I wanted the style/colour of handbag as it matched the 2 pairs of shoes I’d ordered and kept. So left with faulty bag. A waste of a purchase. I asked for it to at least be reduced to the sale price. They refused but offered a gesture of goodwill. I just wanted a non faulty bag. Reading other reviews I can see that this incident or similar has happened before. A big waste of time and a summer spent without a light coloured handbag as I was either waiting for delivery or returning faulty goods

I am so very disappointed as I thought…Trainers

I am so very disappointed as I thought I had finally found shoes that would be comfortable. I purchased a pair of trainers that were depicted as bunion friendly and after the first wear came home with rub marks and blisters on both feet. Unfortunately due to the companies policy on returns they were unable to offer me any recourse. I know I am in the minority here but unfortunately will not be ordering any more.

Pain-Free and Stylish? Yes, Please!

Finally, my feet don’t hurt anymore!
I have bunions on my left foot, and breaking in new shoes used to be a nightmare. I had to wear them gradually until they moulded to the shape of my feet.

But with Sole Bliss shoes? I slipped them on and boom, I walked around the city for an entire evening without the slightest pain.

Bonus: they look really stylish too! 😊

Warning

Warning. I ordered shoes with a matching handbag £318. I need a size larger so check on line for stock. Returned shoes. Post on Wed and the following Thursday after chasing the company - was told they were out of stock. I ask for label to return the matching handbag and told I had used my free return and I had to pay for return. It’s not the cost it’s the principle. Very bad customer service.

STYLISH AND COMFORTABLE

My new pair of shoes are amazing ! I’m so happy I discovered Sole Bliss

I’m so happy I discovered Sole Bliss! These shoes are incredibly comfortable and have been a game-changer for my bunions. For the first time in years, I can wear stylish shoes without pain. I have just received my first pair of…

I have just received my first pair of Sole Bliss shoes and cannot recommend them highly enough. I have Morton’s Neuroma in my left foot and find most rigid shoes extremely painful after a short while. Not these however! I wore them on the underground and all day at work and not a twinge! A miracle. The only problem is which new model I should choose next. The website is so full of tempting possibilities!

Walker sandals like walking on air!

Just received my second pair of Sole Bliss Walker sandals. They are the most comfortable sandals ever. It’s like walking on air. The leather is butter soft. I have them in cream and chocolate brown. The whole experience of shopping with Sole Bluss is efficient and easy. My feet are in love with their new shoes.

Love my trainers

I bought my first pair before lockdown but due to a fault returned them. Customer service was excellent. I’ve since bought at least 5 pair of trainers that are super comfortable. A pair of Bailey that are soft and a pair of the Walker design (great with dress, skirt or trousers). I also have boots that are comfortable too. They will be coming into their 3rd winter this year. Although not padded, I like the option to wear thicker socks. The Layton shoes haven’t been worn in, as yet, so unfortunately find them still uncomfortable after the first couple of wears. I’m hoping that’ll change.
