The shoes I purchased were advertised as being good for people with bunions. They were in truth not appropriate for bunions. NOT IN THE LEAST. Scam advertising. I donated them after no help from Sole Bliss. Buyer BEWARE. Btw, I have worn shoes for bunions for decades, these were definitely not designed for bunions and the advertising was just outright deceptive.

DO NOT BUY SOLE BLISS SHOES. I bought my 1st pair to wear to a special wedding last night. My bunion was rubbed all night, my toes were red and raw under my peds.
I sent the company photos of my bunion and toes but they will not refund my money..even after I proved beyond a doubt that they do not help feet with bunions. STAY AWAY.

The shoes arrived promptly and were well packaged. I needed to exchange one pair for a larger size and this was handled efficiently and I was kept informed at each stage of receipt and dispatch of the replacement pair.

I bought two pairs of shoes and they did not fit. Width was OK, but the toe was so low that my toes were pressing hard against the top of the shoe. Unfortunately could not wear and had to return.
Insoles are fixed and do not allow to be replaced with podiatric custom insoles like in other brands.

I’m disappointed that my cream Ingrid shoes make a loud noise each time the heel strikes the ground when walking on hard surfaces. Even my husband said “What a racket” when I was walking on a pavement. The block heel is hollow as expected but the composite material used at the bottom of the heels does not muffle sound but seems to amplify it. I contacted Sole Bliss who told me a certain amount of noise is to be expected. I will have to incur further expense by having a cobbler change the heel tips for rubber in the hope the shoes will make less noise. As they are, I can only wear them on carpet. I didn’t expect shoes that cost £169 to have a problem I’ve never encountered on cheaper shoes.

I purchased the Mercy black suede shoes priced £169. This is well above average cost but was willing to pay extra as the company claimed that these shoes were designed with superior arch support, cushioned foam and wide fitting. Unfortunately, while the shoes look lovely and are wide fitting, they are very uncomfortable to wear, offer no support and I am struggling to walk in them due to the pain and discomfort caused. I thought that perhaps the comfort would become more apparent over time, but unfortunately the discomfort has worsened as now my feet have developed corns and maybe predisposing the big toe to developing/worsening bunion. I can no longer wear these shoes and it is so expensive for what it offers.
I was fooled by the 5 star reviews on their website but would caution any buyer reading this - There is NO option for a buyer to submit a review directly on the company's website hence the notable discrepancy between the average 3.4 stars noted on Trust pilot v the company's website claiming 5 stars. They state that genuine reviews are done via reviews.io - I have submitted a review to reviews.io....let's see if it is included on their website.
In all honesty, this company offers false misleading advertising with no consideration, regard or indeed respect to their customers.

I bought a pair of low heeled court shoes in cream and a matching handbag as I was attending a garden party at Buckingham Palace on 20th May ‘25. I had read that some members of the Royal family favour them and thought if it’s good enough for them……. I read the guidance on wearing them on carpet etc and followed it, I thought the shoes would live up to their hype. I was wrong!! Wearing them on carpet etc was very different to wearing them walking and standing on pavements for hours. My feet were so painful and I actually walked back to my hotel in my stocking feet. I contacted customer service but found the reply incredibly patronising and equally unhelpful. On the upside, the handbag behaved impeccably!

Do not buy these shoes if you aren’t in the uk. None of the taxes or duties were included in the cost, so I ended up having to pay 27 percent of the total cost additional for these charges. They also won’t give measurements, so there is no way of making sure the shoes will fit if ordering online, and offer no return shipping. Huge waste of money.

At first I was excited to find this shoe store and brand. I work in NYC and wear sneakers most of the time because I have to walk a lot so it’s hard to find dressier shoes that are comfortable for work and client meetings that aren’t sneakers. I purchased 2 pairs of shoes at the hefty price tag of $668 total. When I received my order, I was quite disappointed with the quality of the shoes. They didn’t look like they were the best quality materials and the assembly was poor. I decided to return the low kitten heel immediately because it looked like a cheap shoe you could buy on Amazon for $40 not $315. I kept the platform which admittedly I did like because the heel was very comfortable, however after just 1 wear for dinner, the soles are coming apart. I emailed Sole Bliss customer service and was met with disdain and poor communication. In fact they have decided after 2 interactions to not respond to my messages or concern about the shoe quality and my concern that after 1 wear the sole on the left foot is coming apart. The simply replied with we never have any complaints about our quality and basically it’s me not them. They will not provide any compensation or at least attempt to fix the issue with a shoe that is defective. Terrible customer service and for spending $345 on these shoes, I can I say I would never recommend them to anyone and I would NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!!
And an FYI… Take notice of the negative reviews on this thread!!!! Their responses should tell you everything you need to know about how they handle customer service. POOR, POOR, POOR!!! No accountability and placing blame on the customer instead of addressing the product issues. That’s part of being in business Sole Bliss. You can’t ignore the complaints or quality control issues. Not every order will be perf we and it’s how you handle your customers complaints that sets you apart from a poor business to an excellent business. Quality control is a reality in any business and if a customer is emailing you regarding the sole of the shoe separating after 1 wear and provides images of the issue, and you brush it off and provide no solution, you’re not a true business. Revolve and many other major retailers would never handle QC this poorly!! They also keep referring people to read the reviews on their site, which quite frankly I think are bogus from some site that you’re not able to leave your own review at a paying customer.!! A major BE AWARE OF THIS UNSCRUPULOUS COMPANY!!

October 2024 I was looking for comfy Winter Boots in Leather saw Blizzard on Sole Bliss Website . I have a wider foot high instep ( no bunions) website stated wide toe box/ fit . Beautiful High Quality Boots whilst the length was great sadly not an earthly I could get them zipped up past my high instep . Gutted as I’d high hopes of an alternative to my go to Brand of Ugg . Returned the next day for a refund.

Sole bliss? Heel agony!
I bought a pair of prince loafers (well they sent the wrong shoes first...) -expensive at nearly £200,- they felt fine on first try, inside the house, but later after a longer walk using the metro etc, they rubbed so badly on my heel that the foot got badly infected,- I contracted cellulitis.
On return to sole bliss, they say nothing is wrong, as one of their staff tried them on and couldn't notice anything...and would I like a £50 voucher to buy more shoes within the next 3 months.
No refund offered.
Don't waste your money on sole bliss. You won't get it back.
Why would I want £50 to buy more of their shoes ?
Do they really expect me to throw more money at them after such a bad experience, both with the shoes and customer service?

I bought this boots as I was going on a trip to Norway, where they were perfect for the wet weather. They fit well and are warm and snug even without socks. My only grip would be that the zips are on the outside of the leg which can make them a little difficult to do up sometimes.
