My experience was a great one all the way through, all the employees I got in touch with were very helpful, kind and helped me to finish my purchase process in an easy and smooth way.

I dealt with Gerallt Davies, who was exemplary in every aspect of the process. I haven't invested in property before, and I found that I was given plenty of support and easy to digest information that gave me the confidence to proceed. Gerallt was courteous, thorough and attentive in his approach, and although regrettably a change in circumstances meant I have had to put things on hold, when the time is right for me I will happily reach out to Solomon with confidence again.

First property purchase with Solomon investments and very impressed with the professional service received. Especially from William Barron. Exceptional investment manager and will be using him again for the next purchase. All round very pleased.

This company buys your details, then calls you up claiming you gave them your info and tries to persuade you to "invest" with them.

When you ask them to remove you from their call list and stop calling you, they won't.

Clearly they're also paying for good reviews, because aside from anything else it is never a good idea to invest off-plan.

They'll be getting a 1 star review for each unsolicited call I receive from them going forward :)

I would like like to pass on my thanks to Ray Beacon and Lisa Futia .. I met Ray at two possible purchasing sites he is a very nice person I felt comfortable - initially being told by a well-known CEO of a big corporation friend of mine “ this seems too good to be true” . Has since changed his mind saying “you could be on to a slamdunk”. I did my research the roots of this successful enterprise stems from a good Yorkshire family - Paul Rothwell obviously hugely talented young entrepreneur. Ray bacon successfully persuaded me to purchase 2 in Redditch one in Runcorn. Lisa Futia member of the client care team has exceptional communication skills, the patience of a saint , needed to deal with me in bereavement as I recently lost my wife she became a friend at the end of the phone guiding me through the process which is extremely well thought out and professional. Lisa a Liverpool supporter as I am, I’ve lived in London 50 years originally from Liverpool and dealing with Solomon made me homesick as they’re all friendly northerners this suits my personality. It has been easy and straightforward dealing with Solomon Investment. Jordan is very efficient and helpful. No job was difficult for him, he answered all our questions and was patient. As a property investor I have never bought off plan before but after receiving information from Solomon IP about several opportunities I decided to investigate further.
The result is I have just bought my first 3 off plan properties from them - and up to now they have not disappointed me!
Firstly, there is no hard sell. If you require it, they make contact with you and explain how everything works in a calm, clear manner. You get a financial projection based on your requirements which clearly lays out what you get for your money. Once you commit (5% deposit payment) they secure your unit and make arrangements for solicitors - who have also been excellent and most definitely work for You not Solomon.
Further down the line will come the mortgage broker, again provided by Solomon IP who I have no doubt will be as competent and easy to deal with as everyone else. Oh, and if you are worried that they will take your money, make then break promises and not return calls or emails - don't, every email call or text I have sent has had a response within 30mins which considering the current climate with many companies is exceptional service!
This is my first dealings with S-IP but given my experience so far, will not be my last. If you are looking to buy off-plan to add to your property portfolio or get a foot on the ladder, S-IP would be my recommendation and I will happily provide a testimonial for anyone interested.

We bought 2 properties through Solomon Investment Partners, Churchside apartments. We dealt with Jordan who made the whole process easy for us. Jordan was professional and very efficient. We had all the paperwork and information we needed in order to make a decision. We were so happy with our purchase that we referred a friend who bought a property through Solomon Investment Partners. We are looking to purchase more properties to use as serviced apartments as we were so pleased with the level of service.

I have now purchased 3 properties with Solomon - Globeworks, Churchside and Consort House. I have found across all 3 sales that both Ray Bacon (Globeworks and Consort House) and Alex Bird (Churchside) did a great job and really went the extra mile to answer any questions I had.
