This is my first experience with Solomon Investment Partners and I look forward to the completion. Thanks to Jordan Baxter the Sales Manager, he’s been great help and always happy to answer my questions. Great team overall.
However the solicitors which was used from them is a different storey, not great experience. To be honest they need to use another or change solicitors (hence why 4 stars).

Solomon have provided an outstanding service from our initial discussions with the Sales Manager (Emily) to the signing and exchange of contracts through the Client Care Administrator (Kristiane). They both continue to keep in contact and support us with all our enquiries. Thank you, we certainly have no regrets and look forward to continuing our working relationship.

We have purchased a few properties through Solomon. Chris and Lisa and the team are really first class. They are very professional and have made the process of buying off-plan very streamlined.

I'm a Belgian investor in real estate and got in touch with Solomon beginning of this year. I bought a property in Bolton and just completed the contract exchange phase.

This is my third property with Solomon Investment Partners and credit to the whole team for making investments in property simple for us investors. This is the second investment property I have purchased using Solomon's Investment Partners.

The process has mostly been done online and the experience has been quite easy to follow though some applications are not easily compatible on smartphones & PCs require a little bit of IT knowledge.

I have received invaluable assistance to make this a stress free experience from the Client Care Team and the Sales Team. Names that come to mind as having gone the extra mile to make this happen for me are Kristiane Cooke & Ray Bacon who sent me every piece of information I needed and answered all follow up questions I had.

This is my 1st property purchase with Solomon investments and so far, the experience is great. The contract has been exchanged and now just waiting for the project to be completed. The whole process is very straightforward. Initially I was liaising with April Forster and must say she is very efficient and helpful. As I’m this is my 1st time investing in property, I had so many questions. April provided answers to all my questions calmly and clearly. Once the process was initiated, Kristiane from Client Care team kept me informed on the progress. April and Kristiane were just a phone call away and always responded to all my queries in no time. Thank you April and Kristiane!

Gerallt Davies and all at Solomon, as well as their trusted partners, have been so helpful and available throughout the whole process for us. We are somewhat new to property investment, and we were always encouraged to call and ask, or to get a solicitor's advice etc. No question was ever a problem and the personal touch always helped ease any nerves.

The project is not complete as yet. Contracts have been exchanged and the deposit paid. Thus far the customer service has been first class. It was initialy provided by Melissa in the sales process in a timely manner in terms of responses to all questions asked. Latterly from Kristiane who kept me informed on the progress of the exchange of contacts
