Great quality, fantastic service.
My first purchase was a perfect fit in all ways. I ordered a second garment with a different style collar but the fit at the neck wasn’t quite right. After uploading photographs, Son of a Tailor re-modelled the collar specific to my size and sent the free replacement. Happy to say, again a perfect fit. Fantastic service.

Everything was great
Everything was great! After my initial order didn’t fit due to my miscalculation of sizing, I uploaded some photos, and they corrected everything, sending me new items for free. The new pieces felt like a classic tailor made them. You can see the quality of the materials and stitching, which are amazing and built to last. To top it off, everything is shipped via DHL air service, so you won’t have to wait long for your order. Fantastic alternative to big brands without spending thousands on in-store tailoring.

Great fulfillment of promise and customer service
I had a few pieces that were mis sized due partially to a mistake on my end. I had ordered the wool shirt and it ran a bit long so I shortened the new non wool pieces. They ended up being too short though, since those pieces are pre shrunk but the wool isn't. I let the customer service know and uploaded the pictures and they promptly responded with sizing adjustments and shipped my pieces in a timely manner for free! The rep who spoke with me was very informative and kind as well.

This is one of my favorite love brands every since they come to market. Top quality and enduring many seasons. Cool styles and the perfect match of top quality and 'non-showoff' attitude. It's exactly what I love. But hell what a great customer team and the delivered service is absolutely outstanding. To manage this over many years during a time the company grows is especially difficult for the managment. Chapeau and Godspeed for what is to come. I'll never leave as a customer and am one of your biggest fans.

What a fantastic experience! After filling in the sizing details and choosing my t-shirts the order arrived promptly. Sadly they were slightly too tight but SOT came back to me straight away, I sent some pictures and they made recommendations on adjustments and new ones were sent out straight away. The clothes are very well made, and fit remarkably well! As a first time customer I was a bit skeptical of the fit, but if you are accurate and honest about your proportions, their process works well! When I did not like one of the garments, they were very accommodating as well - so kudos to them for the good customer support. If you like what you see online, it is better in person!

Great Customer Service and High Quality
These are some of the best shirts I have purchased from a quality perspective. The first batch did not have the right measurements, but after taking some photos, I spent a little bit emailing back and forth with their team. Following this, they resent new shirts with the corrected measurements and they fit incredibly well. I bought the heavyweight t shirts and these are really flattering and functional. Best of all, they asked me to donate the older tshirts instead of messing around with a lengthy return process.
It’s quick, it’s easy. Every shirt you get has a tag with which craftsman actually built your shirt for you. Highly recommended!

Since your order was custom-made based on your height, age, weight, and shoe size, it sadly cannot be returned, as we cannot resell it to someone else.

Great service and no issues with returns.
They have a great system of sending you a sample to check the fit and then making the rest of the order when it fits right.
There was a mess up with my final order but they fixed it and sent new tees, without any issues.
