I never received my purchase

I never received my purchase. The tracking number I was sent indicated the package was delivered, but it wasn’t. When I emailed, your company responded with a picture of the tracking message saying the package was delivered. I googled your company and discovered this is a common complaint.

They won't send me the things I bought

They won't send me the things I bought. I bought it in January, and despite repeatedly requesting it, they lied each time saying they were sending it, and as of today (March 28th), the item still hasn't arrived. This company is a thief.

Id like to give Soolinen a star minus…

Id like to give Soolinen a star minus for shoddy clothes and the worst customer service imaginable. I ordered a blouse and received a totally different item, different color and different fabric. To get refunded I have to pay shipping cost to china and customs fees. What a scam! Never buy anything from this website.

Buyer beware I wish I could give negative 7 stars

I wish I could give negative 7 stars. I ordered in January. Delivery claimed 3 to 4 business days. I never received my package even though their "tracking" claimed it was delivered. So they claimed they resent another package. I never received that package either. When I notified them they told me to check my bushes as neighbors or family members and somehow check with a different address to see if it was delivered there (🤔that one was a strange request, like what address and how would I know where )

SCAM

SCAM. Do not order from them. Photos of items ordered and material are not what arrives (if it ever does arrive) and returning something is even more difficult. Tried to dispute on PayPal and they sided with them! Unbelievable crap

Extremely disappointing!

First it took more than a month to receive the parcel. Second, I ordered 3 items and only received 2. Third the 2 items are NOT what I ordered. They look nothing like the photos; wrong colour, wrong material, wrong shape. I am now waiting for a return label. Very, very disappointing and stressful experience.

Less Than Stellar

The presentations for the items are beautiful. I had to contact them after a month to "remind" them of my order. That's when the shipping label was created. I paid $100.00 for 4 items I could've purchased at the Dollar store for about $7.00. Items are akin to Temu. I wish I'd checked the reviews before making my purchase. Lesson learned.

The product I received look nothing like the dress the model was wearing

The product I received did not look anything like the dress the model was wearing. It was a synthetic material with blurry design while the picture was a crisp design on a more natural looking fabric. It's been a week since I emailed for directions for a return and nothing. I feel like I've been scammed.

The worst shopping nightmare of my…

The worst shopping nightmare of my life. Half of my order is still missing two months later. The quality is NOTHING like what is on the photographs. Cashmere is NOT cashmere, clothes are shoddily sewn and different from the pictures. One item is missing and dealing with Seel for a claim has been an additional nightmare. They said they shipped it, so they closed the claim!!! They want to benefit from the U.S. market but do not operate according to American standards. This is a scam and a fraud.

Scam, they use stolen pictures on their website

Scam. Was sent two items totaling over $150 based on the pictures they had on their website. What I received was not even close and they refuse to refund my money without me sending and paying for my own shipping back to China. Scam scam scam avoid

I am in the US

I am in the US, and the sizes of the garments that I was sent really didn't correspond well at all to the sizes stated on the website. Some were much larger and others were much smaller such that I had to return my entire order.

Disappointing return policy; wrong sizes

I ordered three items for a total of $135. One was ordered in size medium, another in size large and the third in size XL. The items that arrived were lovely and reasonable quality, but they were all way too small. I checked what sizes I'd ordered and then looked for the size tags in the items. There were none. In fact, one tag was there but it had been cut so that the size didn't show. I can only assume that they didn't have the sizes I ordered so they just sent me the small items they had. One of the items that I paid $35 for I had seen on Temu for about $10, but there it only came in One Size, which would be small on me. I chose to pay more for the Soolinen item because it claimed to come in different sizes, which I think was a misrepresentation. I think what I got was the same One Size item offered on Temu, it just cost $25 more. When I asked to return the items for a refund, I was offered a 15% refund to my credit card or 20% off a future purchase (why would I order more after this experience?). The option for returning the items was to an address in China. I've already tried the expensive process of returning items to a different vendor in China only to have the package returned stamped 'Return to Sender', so I wasn't going to try that again. I finally took the 15% refund ($20), which came immediately. Their customer service was very good at responding; they just didn't have a return policy that I would ever want to deal with again. Too bad: I liked the items I received. I just wish they'd been upfront if they didn't have the sizes I ordered. [After response from Soolinen}]. I wish the customer service rep who responded to my original refund request had told me that if I could prove the sizes were wrong, they would have paid for the return of items to China. They didn't. When the rep sent me the return address information, they just specifically encouraged me to take the 15% refund without returning the items, rather than sending the items back to China. Since I've already received the 15% refund, I won't take up their belated offer to pay for the return if I can provide item measurements and show that they are not what was represented in their size chart. Thanks, anyway. #3 Additional information for vendor: While I appreciate the information that I can provide garment measurements to prove that the articles I received were not the correct size, this option was offered too late. If I had been told this when I first reported the problem, I would gladly have sent that information. However instead, your representative simply emphasized how difficult returns to China are and increased the refund amount offered from 10 per cent to 15 per cent. I decided to take the tiny refund and try to alter the clothes myself. I've started that process, so they are no longer returnable. It's too little too late. If you have the return policy you described, you need to make it clear ahead of time, not just offer it because a customer complains publicly.

Warning to other potential buyers

UPDATE: The "seller's" response is a lie. I have found an older order in my inbox from over a year that has never been received either. Wish I found it before I was fooled again. Their response at that time was an identical story (I have the email) that the item was a new product and that fulfillment would take longer. As in never to be received.

Warning to other potential buyers: Based on my experience, this appears to be a fraudulent operation. I never received the items I ordered. After I requested to cancel, the company suddenly generated a shipping tracking number, but it showed no movement or updates for two weeks. I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to recover my money. I strongly recommend avoiding this business.

My first purchase came...took a little…

My first purchase came...took a little late, but it came. I ordered my second one, has been 2 weeks still im waiting, I do not know if all this is made or come from China or Hong Kong. The Materials are poor, but prices are terrible high. I will wait for my order n not doing again. A necklace for $30 i received look like a dollar store item. So disappointed.

Don't buy from this company

Don't buy from this company. It's a scam. Bought a dress that was pictured and described as "linen". What I got was a flimsy, silky polyester dress they marked linen. And it's significantly shorter than pictured. don't buy!
