Sophie & Olivia Lingerie 

I placed an order which I immediately wanted to refund after seeing these reviews. The order did not ship yet and therefore I still could cancel my order and get a refund. After sending two emails to their support team, I was shocked to see they shipped my order despite my emails. The audacity of this team to then reply to me after I emailed them multiple times, showing that they do in-fact see your emails, they just choose to ignore you so that they can steal your money. They definitely uphold these horrible standards this review page has showcased them to have. This team should be embarrassed for the horrid business they have developed. I can only hope they have the human decency to admit to their flaws, retract the order, and refund me.

This lingerie is very comfortable and exactly how described. I received everything I ordered and shipping arrived on time as well. I would definitely recommend and I plan on ordering more in the future.

It was amazing

Was really disappointed to begin with when I realised the items were being shipped direct from the far East and it seemed the whole website, ‘about us’ etc was maybe not what it seemed. The delivery took nearly 3 weeks which caused an issue as I had bought this as a present for my partners birthday, which tye lengthy post missed!

Pleasantly surprised when she opened the package. Looks great, fits her well and seems to be well made.

I ordered the Magda Lingerie Set in black with a free surprise gift. I received two thongs from the Magda Lingerie Set, but never received the top. The top and bottoms were stated as included in the set. Very disappointing to not receive what I was charged and paid for.

As I stated in my previous review for this "company", they are scum. Firstly, I do insist they add items like washing bags automatically, so you have to be very careful to untick unwanted items in your final cart and untick delivery insurance, which was £4 (or don't, up to you). Secondly, I have finally received the so-called lingerie. Well, what can I say...:)) It is cheaply made sh... I strongly don't recommend it. Thirdly, I googled the return address they have provided. This is what Google said: "This address is widely associated with numerous online shopping scams and fraudulent "return" requests, predominantly for low-quality products sold via social media ads. Victims report receiving items that do not match descriptions, followed by high-cost return shipping requirements", "The address is used by multiple fake online stores, often posing as Western companies but operating from China", "Many users report that returning items to this address is costly and often leads to no refund, as the package may not be accepted or is held in customs", "If you have been provided this address for a return, contact your payment provider (PayPal, credit card company) immediately for a dispute or chargeback instead of returning the item." So, make your conclusions, guys.

Ok, so it is from china, not very obvious until you get the shipping details and see the products. Probably a bit expensive for the quality but what i got is ok! Perfectly fine for a bit of smutty bedroom wear. Will it last and wash well? probably not, but fine for what i was after.

Paid over £100 for items, primark has better quality.

Its a scam, comes from China. The products didnt look like the items I brought. Like bra no wire and ripped as took out bag. Never will I buy again save your money.

The images on line look great, but not at all up to my expectations. So I initiated the "Return" process. Return is in quotes as the process is ridiculous. They gave me a return address in China, and made sure I knew that there would likely be custom fees too. So my $65 dollar order would be $95 to return. Never again. Avoid them and stick with Victoria.

Sizing is very inconsistent. While I won't return the items due to the hassle of it. I only like 2 of the 3 items ordered. 1 is not the same as shown on the site and I will not be getting any use out of it.
I'm also not happy with the items taking almost 1 month to arrive. The courier company they use is awful and unresponsive. I eventually got what i ordered. But I discovered, that if I didn't get the order the company would not provide a refund and places responsibility of shipping issues on the courier company. The customer is not able to choose the shipping method. Transfering responsibility of order fullfillment feels like poor business pratice.

I had a disappointing experience with Sophie & Olivia Lingerie.

My order arrived with a broken clasp, incorrect sizing, and overall quality that did not match what was advertised or expected for the price. The materials and finish felt cheap and not in line with how the brand is presented online.

I contacted support within a week of delivery and was offered a replacement for one of the items. However, due to delayed responses and confusion in their system (which they acknowledged), the process dragged out.

By the time I followed up again to proceed, I was told the 30-day return window had passed — and they refused to honour the earlier replacement offer or provide any resolution.

I was also informed that any return would need to be shipped internationally (in my case, back to China) at my own expense, which was not made clear upfront.

So despite reporting a faulty item early, I was left with no refund, no replacement, and no accountability.

Based on my experience:
• Product quality did not match expectations
• Sizing was inconsistent
• Materials felt cheap and poorly made
• Customer service was slow and disjointed
• Promises made earlier were not honoured
• Returns require international shipping at your own cost back to China.

I would not recommend purchasing from this brand.

I gifted a set for the holidays and needed to return them. Shame on me (?) for not reading the reviews nor the return policy. I was asked to photograph all of the pieces first and submit, then once approved to ship them back to china and provide my receipt (photo), tracking number and customs number (this was Jan 20th) then was told by support to send photos of the package and ONCE confirmed receipt in china they would issue my refund (less shipping and handling = 20% of the order cost)… if you’ve ever shipped to china once the item is through customs you lose tracking. So here we are 3 months after leaving the post office and i still have not received my refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I bought 2 sets of lingerie from this company… I wish I had searched on here for reviews first. The lingerie is poorly made, low quality materials. The bra cups are nothing like their stated sizes. The entire purchase cost me over £80. When I requested a refund they emailed me small print about how I would have to send it back to China at my own cost (which would have been about £30+!) and they would only return a small amount of the price. I felt entirely scammed and am left with unwearable items. AVOID. DO NOT BUY !!
