We had a wonderful experience working with Anna Murray throughout the entire rental process of our home. From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, professional, and supportive. Although the process was quite bureaucratic, Anna consistently demonstrated dedication and professionalism. She was patient with all of our questions and always took the time to explain everything clearly. She responded to our emails promptly and made sure we felt confident and well informed at every stage. Her friendly attitude, commitment, and excellent communication made what could have been a stressful experience feel much smoother and easier.

I want to say a huge thank you to Sandhiya and Francesca for all their help and support throughout this process. They have both been incredibly patient and understanding, especially during moments when I felt confused or concerned.

At times, some of the emails I received came across as misleading and made me feel as though I had lost the property, however this was purely down to interpretation and Sandhiya and Francesca acted quickly to clarify the situation and resolve any misunderstandings. Their prompt responses and clear explanations immediately put my mind at ease.

They answered every single question I had across the many emails I’ve sent them over the last 2 months with professionalism and kindness and never made me feel like I was asking too much (even though I’ve definitely chewed their ears off).

They’ve made having a place to call my own possible again and I’m incredibly grateful.

The staff has been amazing from the start, keeping you updated on everything and very helpful if you ask them anything. Espically Francesca she was very helpful and polite throughout

I cannot recommend Nikolay Yankov enough, he is extremely professional, quick to respond and will go above and beyond for his clients. I would 100% work with Nikolay again in the future, it has been a pleasure.

I have been dealing with Heidi on the Progression Team and she has made the process remarkably easy, walking me through the process and keeping me updated, responding quickly to any questions that I had. Completion is set for Thursday and I am looking forward to getting the keys to my new place.

The process can feel overwhelming at times, but Roshan has made it much easier by keeping me informed and being approachable throughout. I’ve really appreciated his support.

So Resi is amazing, everyone I spoke with along the way was friendly and helpful, I never dealt with an estate agent that is so accommodating and caring.

I have to recognise especially Heidi who looked over our conveyancing side of things, despite the incredible difficulties with the solicitor we chose and several delays, she didn't give up on us and helped us smoothly change to a different solicitor and continue with the sale.

Overall, so far, So Resi seems like a very well organised agency focused on customer experience and satisfaction with a modern framework and stock of homes, this makes it more exciting for us to buy our first home.
