Amazing customer service from Sandhiya So Resi
Moving out for the first time can seem daunting however, Sandhiya has been nothing but accomodating and understanding. She has been absolutely fantastic! Her communication was absolutely 10/10. For a process that I thought would be stressful, she has made absolutely clear and easy. Customer service, communication, care and understanding has been top-tier.

Francesca was amazing
Francesca was super helpful throughout the whole process of our rent to buy house. This is our first house so everything was new to us but I couldn’t imagine a more knowledgeable and helpful person to guide us through from enquiring to our move in date! She made us feel at ease and was quick to answer any questions no matter what it be!

It was first time getting into a shared ownership property. I was quite confused about a lot of things. But everything was eventually quite smooth with the help of everyone at So resi, especially by Piers Garnham. He would always pick up our phone, was present and reliable for every step of the way. Friendly, helpful and amazing
An amazing team especially Nikolay who was an absolute superstar whilst dealing with my nightmare solicitor!
He offered advice, pushed hard for answers when we weren’t getting anywhere and also was happy to let me vent when the stress was all a little too much for me to deal with!

Great experience with Sylvana at So Resi
We recently completed staircasing our shared ownership home to 100% with So Resi. As much as the process was hard and took way longer than we all expected (due to external companies) I couldn't recommend Sylvana enough. She was honestly so great with guiding the whole process when it felt overwhelming. She was always a pleasure to speak too and would answer any queries via email extremely quickly. She even helped with chasing the external companies that were delaying the completion. I would highly recommend her and she is a wonderful asset to your team. I honestly couldn't thank her enough!

Highly recommend Sandhiya and Francesca!
I want to say a huge thank you to Sandhiya and Francesca for all their help and support throughout this process. They have both been incredibly patient and understanding, especially during moments when I felt confused or concerned.
At times, some of the emails I received came across as misleading and made me feel as though I had lost the property, however this was purely down to interpretation and Sandhiya and Francesca acted quickly to clarify the situation and resolve any misunderstandings. Their prompt responses and clear explanations immediately put my mind at ease.
They answered every single question I had across the many emails I’ve sent them over the last 2 months with professionalism and kindness and never made me feel like I was asking too much (even though I’ve definitely chewed their ears off).
They’ve made having a place to call my own possible again and I’m incredibly grateful.
