I have yet to receive my package
I have yet to receive my package. I ordered it almost 2 months ago. I have emailed several times, yet no one has answered. Previously, my experience was better.

I have to rate 1 star because I haven't received my purchase and it has been over a month since the transaction. I believe that Souk and Sepia should ask themselves what they would expect from their distributors. I was not offered compensation ( or discount) for the breech of purchase, loss of time I have waited patiently or encouraged to make future purchases with expedited shipping.

DO NOY BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I returned some shoes I ordered for an exchange. I sent them back via FedEx on 11/14/22 with the return paperwork they emailed me. They got the returned item, as I tracked it and it showed received by them. I have emailed SEVERAL TIMES concerning my order, only to not get a response. Also, I’ve been researching them, since their customer service is so poor, and saw several items they sell on other websites at cheaper prices. I’m wondering if they’re doing some “She by Sheree” mess, billing themselves as original but buying it cheap and severely up charging. They lost me as a customer. Black owned or not, they’re HORRIBLE!

Souk and Sepia the opportunity to respond to my emails. I have been emailing them since 11/16/2022. Still no response. Souk and Sepia do not Value there customers. Souk and Sepia do not value themselves. If they did they would have fix this situation before i made this review. Not the behavior of a true designer. Especially an up and coming designer. I believe they are not designers at all. Simple frauds thats all. Advertising beautiful clothing they didn’t create.
Very poor communication
Placed my order on the 22nd October and have still yet to receive any tracking information. Going by all the reviews I now know that I am unlikely to receive it. I have now requested a full refund due to the lack of communication. Let's see if they honour this.
Not to be trusted
Not to be trusted. The most horrendous “customer service”. No order confirmation or tracking number and I placed my order a month ago. I am livid. This has now happened twice. The first time I thought it was a fluke, but it’s just a poorly run company. Don’t waste your time or dollars. Oh, and of course a refund is out of the question because, no customer service. A bot isn’t customer service folks.

Next Level Customer Service
Love this company for not only their beautiful goods, but also for their outstanding customer service. I became a customer during the pandemic and experienced a delay in delivery of items. From the beginning of the global supply/delivery issues, this company stayed in constant and consistent communication with customers. One of my issues was taking longer to resolve than anticipated and multiple options to resolve were presented. Most recently Aly assisted in resolving a technical issue on the website. I’m truly a highly satisfied customer and will continue to shop with souk+SEPIA.

I received my order confirmation email but never saw a shipping email (unless it was in spam), so I was concerned about shipping but I got a pleasantly unexpected “Out for delivery” email today! My order looks and fits perfectly!
Order never received, refund never received
Want to start off by saying i’ve been buying from Sou+Sepia for years and the quality has always been top notch. However this year has been a nightmare…i never received an order i placed in March 2022. Tomorrow will be November 1st and i’m still waiting for a refund which has yet to be completed. I tried to give them another chance and placed an order for items that were being marketed as 3day shipping…. Have yet to get any updates on any of it…. I keep getting emails about refunds that will be coming through in 7-10 business days… i’m still waiting for refund and shipping info.

I would not order from this company. I ordered a blouse in April 2022. It arrived in August 2022. An explanation on the delay was never offered. I was mislead on when the product would arrive. Discounts to purchase other items was offered…but that makes no sense if you can’t deliver the first one! I was very disappointed. Giving two stars because it eventually arrived and they responded to emails.

I really wanted to like this company, but it took over TWO MONTHS to get my order! So long that I almost forgot I had ordered it. Then the items I received didn’t match what was pictured and I never received one item. Quality is mediocre.

Purchased a purse that I rarely used
Purchased a purse that I rarely used. The leather that connected the purse together eventually withered away and couldn’t use it anymore. Poor quality. And I’m very disappointed they market to black women, but then drop ship from China. I don’t recommend ordering anything from them.
