How wonderful to encounter an audiologist who understands the challenges of wearing hearing aids. Her adjustments to my aids made everyday life so much more pleasant.

Louise and Suzanne offer excellent customer service. Louise described in detail to my father, why he could hear certain things and not others, which was so informative. My father is elderly and my mother has dementia so the home visits are very welcome indeed. Louise spent so much time and care, she is obviously passionate about what she does and how she can help. No obligation trial following a thorough hearing test, and cleansing of my ears. Associated issues with the supplied aids (one was faulty) were resolved. Service by both Derrick and Lorraine was very good.

I was particularly impressed by the diagnostic skills shown by the audiologist which resulted in extremely satisfactory hearing aids with a different prescription for each ear. My hearing aids are vastly superior to any I had previously tried. The staff at Sound Advice in Winchester are very helpful, well informed & proactive.

Although a client for several years a very clear explanation as to what the tests involved and the purpose of the test was fully explained.
How and when I was using my hearing aid was analysed with recommendations on how to improve and increase the benefits of my hearing aids.
Gemma was excellent at understanding how i was not obtaining the maximum benefit from my hearing aids and gave me good, clear advice on how to improve my use.

Louise is a very professional Audiologist with a kind and pleasant manner I have been wearing hearing aids for some time now and Louise always gives me excellent customer care whenever I have a problem big or small, she is always kind and knowledgeable and ready to listen.

Had a hearing test last year and purchased new hearing aids after my test. Since then I have had ears cleaned
and re-tested to check my settings on the ear pieces were correct. All the staff I dealt with were courteous, caring and informative and most of all honest with me.
I would never go anywhere else and am grateful that I can now distinguish voices in group settings.

Louise at Sound Advice hearing is a true professional who gave great advice and put me at ease with my recent development of tinnitus .nothing was too much trouble and the lady at reception was always warm and welcoming.

Louise is an excellent audiologist very caring and knowledgeable.She took time to fit the best aides for me . (No hard sell)and made sure I was comfortable with them. Suzanne the receptionist was friendly and helpful.. To get her they make a great team.

Recently my husband and I have had a hearing test with Sound advice. The staff were courteous, helpful and supportive and gave us both some good advice. We will definitely use them again when we have another test.

Louise Bowdery is an exceptionally good audiologist. She is also friendly and intuitive. I was given a very thorough examination and hearing test and was offered an excellent range of aids. No hard selling involved and I trialled the aids for a week before having to make a decision. Overall a pleasant experience.

We travel for 2 hours each time we visit, as we find the service & professional standards second to none .Cant recommend more highly.Have been using for the last 4 years.

I've been seeing Derek for 9 years now and have just had my most recent hearing test and adjustment. As always the service and attention to detail is excellent and I always leave knowing I am able to hear as well I possibly can. Experience is everything and Derek's knowledge is second to none. Backed up by the brilliant Lorraine out front I would recommend them to anyone!!

I experienced some discomfort with my ears and the Sound Advice - Hearing were able to fit me in the next day. Both the receptionist and the Audiologist were so friendly and helpful. The Audiologist was gentle and explained procedure well.
I will definitely not hesitate in recommending them

My wife and I have both been fitted with Heating AIDS from Sound Advice Hearing in Horncastle - myself most recently !
Simon is wonderful as indeed are all his Staff at the Horncastle Shop. He is more than patient with two ‘oldies @ 86 & 84’ who struggle with modern technology both physically and mentally and very willing to pop in and ‘rescue’ us - as I am now wheel chair bound and we are dependent on very lacking public transport.
We could not recommend them all more highly ! THANK YOU !
