I placed an order on February 1st. Received an order number but no shipping confirmation, after two weeks I called customer service. Answer was I don't have an order, I gave the rep the order number and after further investigation he found it and stated that the order was mis-filed. Anyway, he told me he would get the order processed and I would receive a confirmation, week later no confirmation. I placed a call and had to leave a message, no call back. Following day I placed another call and was told by the computer recording to leave my info and one of their wonderful customer service associates would get back to me... still waiting.

this is what happened to me when i ordered your hearing aids. first pair only the right ear worked. was sent a second pair the left ear worked but not the right. third pair neither one worked. this was
all with in a three week well with in th 45 day that pair back been trying to get my money back for SIX MONTHS be careful! you may never see you money again.

My experience was a good one. Everyone was very helpful and showing concern to resolve the problem not just trying to sell me a hearing aid. I am going to an ENT to find out why the hearing aids didn't work for me. I may have another problem.

Kairey was extremely nice and very accommodating to us regarding some issues we kept running into trying to make an appointment to get trained on using the hearing aids. She explained everything extremely well (very knowledgeable about the hearing aids, how to care for them, the warranty, plus more) and, also, forwarded a recap of everything that we went over which I appreciate very much.
The hearing aids are completely easy to use, along with the app, also. They are so small and inconspicuous that my friend thought they had fallen out of my mom’s ears! My mom no longer has to keep asking what someone is saying and doesn’t have to have the tv on an extremely high volume! Thank you so much, Kairey!

I have gained more info from Kairey again & I appreciate her help. I have been having an everyday problem with the left ear, the device keeps slipping out of my ear, so she has suggested new wires, I look forward to changing them. As I work with them in my ears all day I am still concerned about the ‘wind noise’ in my ears. I have it turned down to -6, but I still hear it.

The hearing aids did not fit me correctly, nor did I see a positive improvement with them in my ears. Noah McIntyre worked with Page and I to make them work.
Today I cancelled my order. I am retired from 50+ years of executive management at Motorola, Bell South and Legal Document Services in capacities of Regional Sales Manager to Vice President to President of my own Company.
