Bought a fantastic solar water feature the price was a lot lower than I saw elsewhere, ordered one day on my doorstep next day. A great service, would highly recommend seller and product, I'm thrilled with it and so are the birds, who drink and bathe in it.

This was my second order from here, I love what they sell as they don't have the same things every other garden centre has.
My order was dispatched quickly and I love the floating fish 😊

We had a problem with the garden furniture we bought and Southwood resolved our complaint in record time. I cant praise them enough. Customer service second to none.

Beautiful kingsbury solar fountain at a really competitive price. Quality packaging plus bonus of free delivery. We're enjoying the sound of the fountain and the starlings are enjoying bathing in the large base. Would buy again from Southwood garden centre

Always hesitant to order from places I haven’t heard of before but looked this place up and shown it was an actual physical garden centre so I went ahead and ordered. I ordered a poppy plant pot as a memorial gift for a departed loved one , it is a lot bigger than I was expecting for the price , high quality and the delivery was within three days with continued updates via email !! It was well packaged and then received a £5 off £50 spend in my thank you email. I will 100% look

Ordered some solar lights late on Tuesday afternoon, got the email.saying they were being "shipped", and received them Wednesday lunchtime (Royal Mail delivery). Exceptional service to say the least!!! Lights look great at night. Highly recommend Southwood Garden Centre. (I live just a bit too far to visit personally, but they have some great stuff).

Purchased garden table and chairs first seen in local garden centre but Southwood price good nit cheaper with free delivery so ordered from them on line. Order system was very user friendly and subsequent communication great. Only took few days to arrive and again delivery communication and actual delivery were excellent.

I made a mistake when ordering online. However, the Garden Centre was able to rectify my problem over the telephone. Delivery was prompt and the driver very courteous and helpful once again great service from a superb little Garden Centre.
