Recently had Solar installed by Sparks.
The salesman Jonathan came out at the agreed time and went through everything in detail. Was very professional and polite.
We had our date booked in, however on the day of installation their van broke down and they had to reschedule. This was done very quickly and they came out two days later due to it being the weekend.
On the day of installation they arrived on time and got straight to work. They were friendly and hardworking. They would sing as they worked, sadly not the best singers but the song choice was good.
There was a part missing from the order so they were unable to complete all of the work on that day and another team came out a few days later and fitted the part with no issues.
I had to do a little bit of chasing up to find out what time the second team would be coming out to fit the missing part. They came out around 19:30, I must admit I didn’t think they would be coming out that late. But they did and I was very appreciative of them coming out to finish the work. The electrician called Tony took the time to run through the app which was a big help.
Every is installed and working as it should.

Great friendly team, answered all our questions using the newest and best products and making things work for us. Entire thing from start to finish took less than 3 weeks! Amazing. Hani was lovely on the initial consultation, Alex in the office was very prompt every time and sped everything along well. The scaffolders and install team were also incredibly quick, professional and friendly, thanks to Mick Riley and Evan on the install team :)

Really pleased with service we have received from Spark. Through the whole process of installing solar panels from initial survey through to ordering,installation and set up the whole Spark team have been unfailingly polite, helpful and extremely patient.
It is so refreshing to actually speak to a real person who listens to your questions and explains in layman’s terms how to resolve the problem. Special mention to Maria who stayed on after her official hours to help me update the app. Great teamwork from Spark.

If i could I would give 6 or more stars for the service received from Spark. From the initial phonecall right through to the final removal of the scaffolding, they could not have been better. I've rarely if ever come across such a friendly and efficient group of people. The guys who put up the scaffolding and the lads who installed the panels worked in the heatwave with temperatures up to nearly 30c. No complaints, just hard work. Dealings with the office have always been excellent too. Great company.

Being harassed daily from lots of 0330 and mobile numbers and text and email after repeated being promised they would remove my details. Today I’ve been hung up on when I explain the breach to them and told i will be listed as a vulnerable customer as I couldn’t remember the correct company name.these people are awful.

Simple and straight

Everything explained really well. The actual process was quick from signing to panels on roof. The lads who fitted panels we great and also explained the system well

The team who came to complete my installation were brilliant! Tom, Henry and John worked really hard and were very polite! Cheerful, and very good with my little one!

Excellent service from start to finish - felt no pressure to sign up from Oakley who certainly knew his stuff. Installers were great efficient, tidy and friendly and made sure we were ok with everything before they left

I was very impressed with the company in general. Very thorough and explained things simply not confusing you with jargon. Customer support is very good aswell if you have any questions.

Very professional the install was done in a day and they were very diligent in their work. They double and triple checked their work before leaving especially when the system kept saying there was a fault when in fact there wasn’t one. Highly recommend

I can’t recommend Spark highly enough. The service was excellent from start to finish. Although there were some issues with a third-party scaffolding company and a delay in our install of our panels, the team handled everything exceptionally well. Their response was second to none—they were consistently responsive, proactive, and kept us well informed throughout. I really appreciated their commitment to resolving any problems quickly and efficiently

The company were excellent at communicating throughout the process, from initial consultation to installation of the solar panels and equipment. This has been a seamless, reliable service. We recently had a residential solar and battery system installed, and overall we were extremely happy with the entire process from start to finish.

From the very first meeting with Oakley through to dealing with Jordan, the post-install manager, everyone we spoke to was polite, professional, and very informative throughout. The communication and customer service were excellent at every stage.

We did have one very minor issue where the scaffolders accidentally broke a roof tile. However, as soon as this was reported back to Spark, they arranged for it to be resolved the very next day with a replacement tile fitted. These things can happen during work like this, so we really appreciated how quickly and professionally the issue was handled.

The installation team themselves were also excellent, professional, tidy, and clearly knowledgeable about the system being installed.

We would absolutely recommend both this company and the EcoFlow kit that was installed. In fact, we’re already looking at having them back to carry out some additional work in the future.

Had solar fitted by spark solar . First sales mark was very friendly explained everything and answered all questions . In detail. Price not the cheapest but top end stuff also backup (if things go wrong) brilliant. After sales phone call telling me all the steps and answered any questions . Again brilliant. Kept me informed all the way including when scaffolding was coming and going. Fitters where polite and very helpful took pictures of every step so nothing to hide. Oh and cleaned up every bit of rubbish . And then another call to make sure everything was ok . What more could you ask . Oh and the warranties .wow . Personally I would recommend spark .
