Here is my issue… why are these request for review sent before I even get the item?! Everyone does this and pretty annoying frankly.

Their customer service is amazing

Their customer service is amazing! My package was lost/damaged in route. They called me, were apologetic and kind, and offered a refund or redelivery. I appreciate their help and will definitely order through them again.

Grid Wall

I ordered a grid wall panel and when it arrived, the leg was bent and we couldn't get it back into place. I made a phone call to the company and they immediately sent me a replacement panel.
I was very happy with the way they handled everything and I will definitely be a returning customer!!

Our sincere apologies that the quoted freight costs were higher than expected. When we provide a freight quote, we reach out to at least four carriers and then return the lowest quote to our customers.

We are a family business and only ship from one location, so sometimes we don't get the best rates quoted. In the future, please call our toll-free number 800-999-0771 to speak with one of our Customer Service Agents. Many times, we can work with the quote to get costs down, either by finding a way to discount freight or the cost of the item.

Return policy

Mannequin ordered was listed as plastic, but is actually fiberglass. When attempting to receive a refund and return transaction, I’ve had difficulty retrieving return label. Contacted customer service and still have not received label.
