The order process was great.
It was very straightforward and easy. I received the product today and it was exactly what I wanted; great construction and built to last. My only issue is that this was my first order and I joined the mailing list to receive the10% off coupon. However I did not receive the 10% off coupon until the next day after I placed my first order.

Great display, shipped fast!
Was looking for a grid display that was easier to fit in a standard size car and a colleague had one from Specialty Store Services. Almost immediately purchased a set. They shipped very fast and the displays are not only easier to transport, assemble, and disassemble, but are more durable than what I was using before. Will recommend to everyone I know who is tired of the larger, clunky (and cheapy made) displays that require more hands, tools, and patience!

First time ordering from your company. I was pleased with your fast delivery of the item I ordered. The item itself wasn't exactly what I needed. Not to any fault on your part. I didn't read the measurements correctly the the stem is 8"shorter than I need. I also didn't understand the $2.00 extra added to my bill that was not on my invoice. Thank you.

The grids that I purchased worked out perfectly for me! I needed something to display my wreaths on that were sturdy but not heavy for me to carry. Easy installation and easy take down. I did it all by myself.
