My package was delivered on my lawn, just by the curb. Anyone could have taken it easily. Lazy delivery person couldn’t bother to drop it on the porch or ring my doorbell.

If I could give them a zero, I would they lie about deliveries claim there’s no access and then they lie the next day when it’s supposed to be red delivered and claim that it’s an incorrect address although they have delivered to the same address for six months, this is the worst delivery company I’ve ever ever ever ever ever dealt with. Do not trust them with your packages. You will get them when they’re getting ready not when you are supposed to
The reply states package was delivered and that is totally false information after a month of fighting with all involved I finally got a refund of my money from people I ordered from speedx sent me an email telling me all the sudden they couldn’t find my package so it was IN FACT NEVER DELIVERED but lost (or stolen by the driver )

This company is a total failure in delivering a package to Willoughby ohio.44094 this is my follow up review to a prior review I made months ago. I got the same BS letter they were reaching out to help solve the problem.. long story short I sent them detailed written directions and a screen shot on Google maps showing that my address does exist contrary to there excuse that there is no such address . Postal service delivers here ups delivers here FedEx delivers here. I will not purchase anything from any company that uses this sad excuse of a so called delivery company Sellers & Buyers search speedx delivery for yourselves before buying any product they may deliver because that stink at it. The absolute worst. Don't even know how to deliver packages between normal business hours. Keep marking my package as undeliverable, because they are too lazy to figure out how to drop off a package at a business address. No phone number to call, no customer service!!!

Wow!! 3 deliveries, 3 screwups!! Same as usual said nobody home, then changed it to no access.. seems all they do is BS customers.. 2nd review in 5 days!! Complete garbage.. I am deeply disappointed with how SpeedX’s management representative handled my missing parcel.
The package is undeniably lost, yet the person in charge refused to mark it as “lost” in your system, choosing only to list it as “unable to locate”. It appears to be a deliberate wording tactic to evade liability and proper compensation.
Rather than taking ownership of the issue, this management member simply shifted the burden, advising me to resolve compensation directly with the merchant.
Most regrettably, since your system declines to officially confirm the parcel as lost, my shipping insurance claim cannot be processed.
It is truly discouraging when even a management representative adopts such an evasive attitude. If those in charge lack accountability, it is only natural that the company’s overall customer service fails to meet basic professional standards.

I would put a negative star due to them being so ignorant on deliveries. I had problems twice from them saying my package was undeliverable! Which is a lie!!!!! I get all my mail and packages with all carriers but Speed X . Temu uses them as well as USPS , I have gotten everything when USPS delivers but twice my items were sent with Speed x and never gotten them!!!! No one to complain to either! STAY CLEAR!

I am beyond frustrated with SpeedX. We are dealing with a recurring, systemic failure where drivers repeatedly ignore delivery instructions and abandon packages in unauthorized, unsecure areas on our campus. This isn't just a convenience issue; it’s a major security and safety risk.
The "customer service" experience is a total nightmare for two main reasons:
The Infinite AI Loop: Every time I try to resolve this, the AI bot starts the entire conversation over from scratch. It doesn't matter if you have an existing problem ticket or have provided the same information multiple times; the system has no memory and forces you into a loop of automated responses.
Zero Human Contact: It is seemingly impossible to speak to a human being. I have requested direct contact with a Regional Operations Manager to update GPS coordinates and driver instructions, yet I am met with total silence and more automated walls.
Despite multiple attempts to rectify this (including providing specific tracking numbers), nothing has changed. We are now at the point of having to consider formal legal "No-Trespass" orders just to keep our property secure because this company refuses to communicate or follow basic delivery protocols.
Avoid if you need a carrier that actually follows instructions or provides actual support.

This is now at least the 2nd delivery that I have had stolen in the last month, that number rises to at least 3 if I include my wife. To be forced to give this company 1 star is a slap in the face to all the other 1 star reviewed companies out there. If you put your number to receive delivery updates, don’t expect to receive any. If you ask to have a live agent follow up regarding your experience, it will be a cold day in hell before you hear from someone. If I try to update delivery instructions, “Miles” says they’ve been updated, but the driver won’t do as they say. Or “Miles” will claim he’s not able to update the instructions, but I should try back later. What’s worse (if there can be a “worse” because what I just wrote is a top to bottom failure as a company) is that I’ve taped notices that can’t be missed as you walk into my building and again RIGHT ABOVE my mailbox to not leave packages. “Why don’t you move?” Is that really a proper response when discussing the failings of a company? The delivery that inspired me to write this ridiculously long “review” even shows the packages as in the wrong area of my building. I live in “B” and the mailboxes in the delivery photo clearly state “A”.
(I can’t imagine the abuse their AI bot must endure. If there is going to be an AI uprising, it’s going to happen because Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and all the rest are going to look at the venom that is spewed at him and think humans need to be put down, but really it’s just this company). Even right now, I have a package that’s not out for delivery and I am unable to update delivery instructions. So I might as well chalk this package up as gone too.

They marked my address invalid while it is correct. Gave countless of address and instructions through their unhelpful AI chatbot and the email address only found on reddit. My parcel has been stuck at their Montebello, CA facility since 3/14 showing as 1 attempt which was a lie, and as 3/26, they marked it as "Parcel Disposal". They definitely stole it. I have reported this company to BBB

awful company that needs to be shut down. ordered multiple things from aliexpress that was shipped through speedx. my address was marked as incorrect for all of the orders. customer service is terrible. they have no support email or number, not even a live chat feature, only an AI chat bot. When i gave them my email, they only email me the same prewritten message. 2/3 of my packages were stuck in a facility for over 2 months until i finally received them after giving the AI my number and them texting me, confirming my address. the remaining package i have still not received in 4 months.

Placed 2 orders from TikTok shop and my first order NEVER GOT! They stated attempted delivery- which was a lie and my cameras showed no proof of anyone coming to my door. I currently am waiting on an order I placed on April 22nd. Has been sitting at the warehouse located 30minutes from me since the 25th. No movement! Please ship me my order, I don’t want a refund I want my order!!! I went up to the facility Saturday and got a rude response from a worker. He was not willing to even try to locate my package and cursed me threatening to call the police.

Absolutely the worst experience ever!! Liars and thieves work for this organization!!!!!! They are never held accountable! The seller has to refund the customer. I wish a media outlet would investigate them!!!!!! Sent me a message that states delivery attempted but not able to deliver. I am here right now- no delivery attempted!!!!!!!

Last reply I got was before I posted here saying " they can't trace the package and I should contact all the 14 sellers". Meanwhile the tracking number was still saying the package with 16 items was still in their Flowermound warehouse". Unacceptable! Where is my package? It's 2 months now!
I have reported this company to BBB, AG's office, FTC and to my Congresswoman. How has a fraud investigation not been launched against them? I have 19 items' that say " being processed at the Flower Mound warehouse" and "delayed". I ordered the items over 3 weeks ago via tick tock shop. Finally yesterday they answered my email and said they can't trace my items, and I should go ahead and file with the sellers. 16 different sellers. The tracking shows my items were received on 23rd April to that warehouse and scanned. But miraculously they can't trace them. A class action suit should follow. This is unethical and unacceptable. Hundreds of reviews everywhere of packages not being delivered is diabolical. Jemima Goodwin!

Terrible courier service! I have had 2 deliveries that were supposed to be delivered in the past 3 weeks and all it says on tracking is that they can't access my apartment building and the address is incorrect. BLASPHEMY!! My address is 100% correct on both deliveries and no "ACCESS Code" is need for my building. This is a SCAM company and they are stealing mail - which is ILLEGAL. There is no way to contact them, the BOT is a freaking joke! How this "company" is still allowed to be chosen as a courier service is beyond me. I have already filed a complaint w/BBB. I really want my items.
