My 120.00 package has been missing with no updates for now three days and temu isn't helping at all so I have to wait until the 15 to demand a refund and hope they give me one if not I'm out of 120.00 dollars
Edit: May 14 it's now been four days no updates and now temu customer service is telling me they will give me 5 dollars credit in exchange for my 120.00 package 😑
Edit : It disappeared for 5 days finally updated on the 5th day which was may 15th to tell me it was getting delivered that day it didn't, then it told me it was getting delivered the 16th it didn't and now today is may 17th and it looks like it's just going to be sitting at a facility and hour and 12 minutes drive from me all day today too.

They delivered my order to the package room in my apartments but instead of putting it in a locker, they put it on the floor. That was at 3:55pm. When I went to pick it up at 6pm, my package was gone but the other packages they delivered were still there. My package was big, I believe the delivery driver took the picture then left with my package. They know their company is not going to do anything, they probably running a scam. This is the second time this happened with them and Shein, I never got my money back the first time. I had all the proof showing that speedx dropped my package off at the wrong apartments. So now I'm out of more money, will no longer be ordering with Shein.

I had a very concerning experience with SpeedX. My package was marked as delivered while I was physically outside near my porch, but no package was ever delivered. The proof-of-delivery consisted of the same close-up package photo uploaded multiple times with no identifiable surroundings or actual delivery confirmation.
I attempted to contact customer support, but there was no live person or phone support available — only a bot repeatedly asking for my email. Thankfully, the merchant resolved the issue, but the overall experience felt extremely unreliable and frustrating.
I would strongly recommend caution when using this carrier for important or expensive deliveries.

The company sent someone to my house to deliver when I was unavailable. This package requires a signature. I was watching the tracking very closely and the original estimated delivery date would have worked fine. The company sent someone two days early when nobody was home. I contacted customer service and they advised they would attempt to deliver the package again. The package said it was out for delivery on a day I could be available, so I sat at home and had to turn down various offers to partake in many social events. I waited all day just for the tracking to update saying "exception". No attempt was made to deliver my package that day. The very following day my tracking information updated to say, "exception: no access". I live in a very accessible dwelling, it would be very rare not to have access to my house. I have security cameras and can attest that SpeedX only made one attempt to deliver my package. I will not be dealing with this delivery service in the future, nor any company I know who contracts them.

This is absolutely the worst delivery service I've ever experienced in my life they are ridiculous there's no way to contact anybody there's no way to talk to anybody you're talking to a chatbot who can't actually delay relay messages in real time and even though it says on the website that he totally can and they state that it's out for delivery and then they say that it's in transit or something like that it's ridiculous like there's no way to actually talk to a person at all whatsoever not one little way there's no number nothing it's absolutely the worst company ever and timu you suck for using them because they are pathetic I can't even believe it I've been waiting for these packages forever and you know I was supposed to get mine on mother's day too and it's absolutely stupid I can't even believe anything guys there needs to be some type of something I'm talking to the better Business bureau seriously this is outrageous I don't even see how they can even be in business

If you're here it's probably because you've had a terrible experience with them. Aside from most reviews being fueled by dissatisfaction where most people with good experiences just move on with their day this company truly is shitte. I'm pleading with everyone here and even people/vendors that I have begun speaking with to not use this company or any vendor that continues to ship with them. Just because they sometimes deliver doesn't mean they are not a scam. And I've said this before but their chat bot is terrible. Imagine if Virgin Mobile cell service and an Indian Call/Scam service had a baby and then dropped said baby fresh out the box. AOL chat bots were more advanced. And their copy and paste replies do nothing. They are either terrible because they are incompetent and lose all of these packages or they are thieves (their warehouse workers and drivers steal a lot) and should hire better people. People who speak the local language so they can read signs and addresses. And won't just take a picture with your package but at a location not anywhere near the location. They will put the package down at a random location, take the picture, claim it was delivered and walk off with the package. SpeedX should know this. I find dishonesty in organic systems for large companies and this would have been easy for them to determine. It just is not effecting their revenue yet but when it begins to show they will spiral into closing fast. Please people, you've already made them money by buying something that was delivered by them. Tell others, it may appear random to them but it's half the work to end SpeedX. Second half is simply telling the vendors that have them that you will no longer be using them. Even if their service is great we live in a capitalist market and I promise you will find someone great. And before being offended that I dare say they should speak English, think of you moved to another country, only hired people who spoke your language and now virtually none of you speak the native language. And you continue to hire them and things continue to get worse. Only now instead of just really really really late packages you have people who received their late but on time by SpeedX standards damaged. They will literally throw your package. I've been wanting the ring videos and one for dropped the package and instead of picking it up like anyone with a functional brain would have done, he opted to play soccer with the package. I lost track of my complaint for a moment. But that's the behavior you have when a company doesn't demand professionalism and honesty from it's workers. And then those said workers don't share the values of our country. I wish that wasn't a real life problem but it is and should be talked about in a nature way. So you know what to do now if you want this company closed permanently. Just so those 2 things and they will have suits and close swiftly. I can promise you that the wanted m effect will be delivered. Unlike the package they were entrusted to deliver. Have a good day everyone. Hug someone you care about. Terrible first and last experience.
It is clear that a delivery attempt was never made. I live in a townhouse with an unlocked small gate, with a doorbell, a knocker, and a large delivery basin which was clearly not used. I am also home all day AND with a dog that barks at everything that approaches the door. This is unacceptable, if SpeedX is unable to deliver my package, they will be accused of STEALING hundreds of dollars worth of items. The company is a sham, no customer service, just a bot. I have no idea where my package is or how long it will take to get delivered.
UPDATE: They reached out to me via Trustpilot and claimed that the delivery would reach me yesterday (it has not). Additionally, through their AI chat which is essentially useless, 'customer service' reached out to me over email asking me to repeat my delivery details, which were still accurate with the original information I gave. Two days later, I am yet to receive a reply despite following up on each day.
FINAL UPDATE! 2 weeks have passed and there is no change. $300 worth of goods have been lost or stolen by SpeedX

Worst delivery company ever and shein should not be using them. I was expecting a package today (day before mother's day) and I was excited to see that my delivery was on its way. Needless to say I was home all day waiting only to get a message that my package was undeliverable. Which is a bunch of bull. if you order something online and see it's speedx delivering it just know you will probably never get it and won't be able to contact customer service because THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!

the delivery person who went to drop off my package on the 6th of May, did an awful job at placing it somewhere that’s SAFE. instead of delivering the package inside of, i don’t know, a mail parcel, a lockbox, or at my door, this incompetent person left two of my packages inside of the island of the mailroom for anyone to grab instead of storing it somewhere safe. that is negligent. whoever that was responsible for delivering my package on that day, i hope you know that you’re unprofessional, and you shouldn’t be working as a delivery person if you can’t follow basic protocols like this. this is extremely irresponsible.

Delayed my package that was only 19 minutes away from my house. Then it somehow ends up in a completely different STATE. Customer service is nonexistent and they only use an AI bot. They claim to have live agents but the AI bot says they're never available. Screw this stupid sellout company, I hope it goes bankrupt. It's everything wrong with these ghost shell companies.

My package was delivered at wrong address. The proof was in the photos. The building number and my address was completely different. Virtual assistant is absolutely no help. Still waiting on a response because there is no one to talk to. I tried calling the phone number from Google and my number could not be connected.

My package was delivered on my lawn, just by the curb. Anyone could have taken it easily. Lazy delivery person couldn’t bother to drop it on the porch or ring my doorbell.

If I could give them a zero, I would they lie about deliveries claim there’s no access and then they lie the next day when it’s supposed to be red delivered and claim that it’s an incorrect address although they have delivered to the same address for six months, this is the worst delivery company I’ve ever ever ever ever ever dealt with. This company is a total failure in delivering a package to Willoughby ohio.44094 this is my follow up review to a prior review I made months ago. I got the same BS letter they were reaching out to help solve the problem.. long story short I sent them detailed written directions and a screen shot on Google maps showing that my address does exist contrary to there excuse that there is no such address . Postal service delivers here ups delivers here FedEx delivers here. I will not purchase anything from any company that uses this sad excuse of a so called delivery company Sellers & Buyers search speedx delivery for yourselves before buying any product they may deliver because that stink at it.
