Worst company ever! Extremely rude service providers, cannot resolve problems. Never experienced such bad service. Do not recommend this company at all.

Billing Team needs to be deported immediately ...they believe just because they come from pakistan..that once a customer gives them their credit card they have the right to take as much as they want under the pretext of a scratch or collection charge.

If there is a manager who reads this be aware that ultimately these thefts are on your head !!

I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had with Speedy Drive Car Rental. Despite their official confirmation of an error in imposing unauthorized cleaning charges (AED 525), they have failed to refund my security deposit of AED 1,000, which was due 5 days ago.

Even after multiple attempts to seek an explanation via email and WhatsApp, they have been unresponsive and extremely rude in their communication. Their lack of respect for customers is unacceptable.

It is frustrating that I had to involve the Consumer Protection Agency to resolve the cleaning charge issue and to assist me in the return of my AED 1,000 security deposit. However, they have now left me hanging, without any communication or resolution on the refund matter.

I have requested an explanation numerous times, but they have outright ignored my inquiries and refused to apologize for their mistake.

My experience with Speedy Drive Car Rental has been nothing short of disappointing and unprofessional. Their poor customer service and disregard for their obligations are unacceptable.

I strongly advise anyone considering renting from Speedy Drive Car Rental to think twice. I had high hopes for a seamless rental process, but instead, I faced deceit, rudeness, and lack of accountability.

I hope this review serves as a warning to potential customers and as a reminder to Speedy Drive Car Rental that their customers deserve respect, prompt communication, and fair treatment.

Please do not go ahead with this company. I met an accident where the car hit me from back, they put in position where they said insurance has rejected the car u have to pay 5700 dhs. I agreed to that but i said u have to provide me document but without providing me any evident document they charged my card. Very dangerous scamming company. And after charging my card they stopped answering my call as per email the amount was different and they charged me 800 dhs more. Its not about money but such companies should be fined

I will not recommend this company to anybody! Avoid them! It looks like a fraud company! I rented a car 2 weeks ago. They sent me an email that I got a fine from Abu Dhabi police in Abu dhabi while i was in Dubai and at work. When I didn't go there and couldn't have a fine for seat belt as I was always wearing it. I contacted SPEEDY Drive customer service, saying that it's impossible, they should check and explain everything to them. They didn't listen, the agent was rude and said it's my fault I should pay because the rental company already paid the fine. Without informing me, they saved my bank details and took money without my permission.
Avoid this company. Besides that, they told me it's from Dubai Police fine, after i call to RTA and police I came to know it's from Abu Dhabi. Basically, they just want to steal your money without proper investigation. Now they are saying it's my fault, and Abu Dhabi RTA saying it's under rental company they can't share the details.
So it's a circle where I don't have access to proof myself.

There is no option for a zero star. Or else would have given that. I strongly recommend reconsidering this company before you book through speedy drive.
Customer service is the worst. Nobody picks up the call.
No refund if you want to return the car prior to the date.
Also, please check and take a video or picture of the car in all possible angle as they are going to charge huge amount for any scratches or dent. Also insist the staff to mark the dents and scratches in their sheet of paper. I took the whole video but i missed out to take the video of just one tyre where there was a small dent. For that they charged me huge amount around AED 750.

Please make sure the car is well inspected before its handed over to you.

AVOID at any cost. unprofessional shady company that will drown you in hidden charges and will refuse to refund anything when they make mistakes. they agreed to take the collection charges from the deposit then charged it from the credit card then refused to refund it.

they kept charging my card without notifying me and every time I asked for a clarification, they took hours to respond there was always something shady

As described in the reviews before this company is a pure scam, would give them zero stars if possible. They just randomly deduct money from your credit card without confirmation. All communication is via WhatsApp where you are ignored or treated like crap most of the time. Also, they hold the deposit and don't pay it. Even after several reminders. Please do yourself a favor and never rent from this company. It is a waste of time and you get ripped off. You end up paying much more than other reputable landlords. Pure fraud!

This is a disgusting organisation. On top of their unprofessional, non transparent and unethical business practices they are also a bunch of arrogant dishonest individuals. They dont even deserve 0 stars. They deserve not to be allowed to do business. I intend to open a complaint with UAE authorities

I do not know what kind of strategy they are following. The main target is to sweep customers, trying in any legal and illegal ways to hold the deposit, and using any excuses to return customers’ money.
Fraud, layers and never care about anything but to find ways to get any money in anyway from customers.
Customers for them are disposable.

Charged me 350 AED for small scratch which was smaller than my nail finger. Will never use them again!

I was delivered a dirty car by Speedydrive and the driver was very reluctant that I not even mention that on the acknowledgement of receiving the car. Speedydrive has made certain charges to my card and also deducted some amounts from my deposit before returning it. But they have not even clarified or provided an invoice detailing what are these charges for. Emails sent to them on this regard went unanswered.

Customer service is poor! The car was delivered hours late from the requested time, and when asked for a refund, the agent stated that we delivered the car to you why would you ask for a refund? but the fact that it was delivered hours late was not a concern. When asked for a replacement since the vehicle delivered was unstable, there has been no response for more than a day, and I am still following up with them for a replacement. I would not recommend this rental service because of my negative experience!

THE WORST Experience of my life!!! Even 1 star is too much for their behavior and their poor customer service.since day one I had to chase them for overcharging me and never returned my money ,It took them 43 days to refund my deposit which is unacceptable when they promised 30 working days,And when I received my deposit there was actually a another 200 Dirham deduction with absolutely no reason! They basically rip you off in any possible way.Please don’t ever rent any cars from them so they learn how to communicate and respect the customer’s right in the future. Such a shame that these companies still run and there is no legal procedure you could do against them in the UAE.

The worst company ever to have a car renting with, try to avoid them as much as you can, and If you need more details I can share with you from my experience while i was there in Dubai.

They are give you a damaged car almost have scratches everywhere, then when you return it back they mention a new one, they they pay you extra fee for it.

And reception employees and customer service already a big zero they never try to support you and they will do their best to let you pay any extra charges.

Take care and try to went to another organization which will have some ethics

Charged US$ 800 for rim scratches that were already there. Make sure you check and photograph every part of the car and minor scuff. Absolute scam!

The worst rental car service I have ever experienced, they delivered a ruined car and refused to change, with disrespectful staff & horrible customer service.

I will definitely recommend speedy drive. I rented a car from them recently while on a vacation to Dubai for 10 days. Their services was awesome, seamless and they were helpful from me picking up the car, returning it, and also getting back my security deposit. Thanks guys.

Just share my experience from this rental car... I rent for 3 days and return the car.. They tell after 21 days they will return the deposit payment in my account... But it's take two months.. Everyday i call and all operator they very rude even in website online chatting they give you number to call!!! But when you call they tell call costumer care hotline... So i decided go to police to complain... Thanks God he give a website to complain... I download the DUBAI ECONOMY APPLICATION then i complain about the deposit refunded. Then before 7 days they transfer in my account the deposit... Now I'm waiting again for 21 days because i just return the car for the second time😁 if they can't deposit in my account the refunded payment... I will complain again in DUBAI ECONOMY APPS😊
