A month and a half and they still haven't returned my deposit :(

Please be aware that Speedy Drive Car Rental UAE is the worst Car Rental Company in UAE. The rates are high insist on getting in a contract and trap customers. They don't give any statement of fines and Salik. The Staff is rude and unprofessional. Very poor service. Do not rent with this company, they have poor attitude staffs and car delivery service is very poor they will not come on agreed date and charge you extra Those who have read this message kindly do not take a rent a car from this place.

Speedy charged us 350 AED ($100 USD) for a minor scuff (see attached) which they never proved was from our usage since we used their pick up service. I've rented cars all over the world and have never been charged extra for anything let alone a scuff that can be wiped off with a rag. The policy at every other car rental is that minor scratches/scuffs are part of wear and tear and are not considered damage to charged to the client. I made several attempts to rectify with them on email and whatsapp but it led nowhere. If you're readying this Speedy, please return my money.

UPDATE:
The company did not reach out or provide a way to contact them. They just reply with a generic response on Google and brush it off. I contacted them again because I already had their Whatsapp info and they refused to rectify the excessive fee.

The Staff is rude and un professional. One visit to their office means 2 hours wasted. The tall staff sitting is the orner mocks customers and passes running commentry even when he is not spoken to. The arrogant staff with Tatoos is a bully. I told him that received an email from his office that my contract is over and I have come to return the car he is insisting that one month is balance and I need to pay foreclosing charges even after the Manager is telling his the contract is over the guy with Tatoo is arguing with his Manger. The guy with Tatooand the tall guy dosen't even have minimum balance in their phones to call their service center.I had to give my phone to them to make that call. Thse who have read this message kindly donot take a rent a car from this place.

The service on counter very bad. I was literally waiting to get my contract ready of 40 minutes, and after that I was waiting for 1 hour more to get the car, as all frivers was out for pray, despite though I made a booking for particular time. Personal on place was quite rude and careless and helpless.

Very bad company. It started with me and my boyfriend was gonna rent a car, not knowing what the age limit was and you could still rent a car. We gave all of our details to one of the workers on whatsapp so they booked a car for us. We gave passport and drivers lisence and everything was good . When we arrived they said they couldnt rent the car out beacause we had to be 23 years old and i am 22. But on whatapp they never mention even though we send all our details before going there. The man in the desk was very Rude, didnt say hello when we got there, laughting at me for saying its not okey that we went 1 hour to get there, because we got confirmed renting the car before we went there. He did not appologise, he just said ”it was not me you talked to on whatsapp” It is not acceptable way of treating people, very very bad company. So to Everyone, read the rewievs before booking a car beacause you Will have a verry bad experiens if you book them.
