Wow joanna and pippa to the resuce ! I had 48 hours to organise a pre-wedding gift for my bride to be and spirtsmith came to the rescue. They made, printed a personal message and got everything all nice and pretty for me. They even met me in dunelm car park rochdale to give it to me as they understood how busy i was.

We bought a few wedding favours (miniature bottles) a couple of weeks before our wedding. We loved the items and the packaging that it came in. There was also a lovely handwritten note from Joanna wishing us the best of luck on our wedding day. Thank you, Joanna!

We then realised we needed to buy a few more, so placed a second order immediately. Again, lovely packaging and they even threw in a few extra personalised bags and extra rose petals. Such a lovely thing to do.

I would have no hesitation in using them again.

Missing items!

I bought 2 wedding gift sets, the
Personalised Jack Daniels Whiskey Gift Set and the
Personalised Mermaid Pink Gin Gift Set With Tonics.

And was just informed the 2 bottles of cola and 2 bottles of tonics aren't in the gift sets! The mixers were the selling point to me, totally unacceptable! I paid over £200 for £60 worth of alcohol in a cheap box! Yes I was scammed! Ridiculous.

If you're looking for a quality gift for that special person then look no further!

I ordered personalised boxes for staff awards. I called and spoke to Philippa as I had specific requirements, from the minute we spoke nothing was too much trouble and we decided on the best options for each member of staff. The gifts were delivered straight to them and everyone was delighted. Looking at the cost, what we received by far exceeded expectations, even in terms of the brand of alcohol we received, the boxes were fantastic quality, My company logo along with the font used and the fairy lights made the gift look much more expensive that what I paid. Spiritsmith will be the first place I come to for corporate and personal gifts - never loose that personal touch, it made the difference to me making my initial order

I've now ordered two personalised gifts and they were perfect. The box is such amazing quality, and I loved the attention to detail. It had dried oranges inside and fairy lights around the bottle.

My order arrived wet and most of the products were unusable, however Spiritsmith replaced the items and the delivery was pretty quick for going to the Western Isles!

Easy to navigate website. An amazing selection of gifts in every price range. Speedy delivery.

The hamper itself is great, I just wish the personalisation wasn’t just a sticker as half of the name wasn’t stuck to the box properly and half was cut through the letter. I managed to fix it so it is usable, but not what I thought I was paying for. I have a cricut myself so could have put the personalisation on myself in that case.

Beautifully wrapped with the extra special touch of the little lights inside, which illuminated all the goodies when you open the hamper. The personalisation on the wrap around the basket made it feel special too. Wonderful collaboration with local businesses whose products I hadn’t heard of before, and this is as well as supporting a local charity. There’s so much to love about this!
