We are all a little worried about ordering online and paying hundreds of Euros in case the company is fraudulent. But this one is fantastic! You can pay using secure methods which protects both you and them, and you are able to contact them by WhatsApp and they are quick and helpful with the reply, the administration is quick and efficient and they communicate with you throughout the process. I have been totally impressed and happy with my service from this company and the best thing of all, I got the item I was searching for at an exceptionally good price. Thanks.

terrible do not recommend
Sold a machine that wasn't what i wanted i needed a machine that had a strong incline which i thought this had with having 10 levels. however it only rises 2 inches from the floor machine never been used and they will not accept a return. Nowhere on their website does it say it only comes 2 inches from the floor

Terrible service ordered a running…
Terrible service ordered a running machine that I was told inclines 10 levels so I expect a steep incline I built it up and it rises only 2 inches from the floor the machine has not been used at all and they won't accept the return I'm now left with a machine that is useless to me I do not recommend this company

We see your score as totally unjustified and we give you the reasons why.
You ordered a treadmill which on our website states that it has 10 levels of incline. We send you the machine you ordered and you assemble it. As you can see it has 10 levels of incline. You think it should have more incline than it has, but at no time did you ask how many degrees of incline it has. You send us a picture of a belt that costs ten times as much, saying that you wanted a belt with a higher incline.
As you could see in the terms and conditions of purchase, we accept product returns as long as the product has not been assembled or used. This is the case on our website and on most of our products.
We are sorry if the belt does not fit what you need, but we have actually delivered what you ordered.
That is why we are sorry that you are not happy with your order, we have to tell you on this occasion that we see the negative review as unjustified.
