Saw some negative review which worried me initialy but decided to order. Shipment was very fast within 4 days in the Netherlands. Would recommend for sure and ignore the negative comments.

I ordered a rucksack to Berlin, Germany. With DHL, it took a bit longer than usual but when it came it was perfect. I read many negative reviews and I got worried, but in my case everything was smooth.

Sportisimo in Bucharest Plaza Mall is the worst shop I visited. The security guy didn't let my 1 year old kid play a ball. He started to cry.
I called for a manager to speak to and of course he was in a meeting. I handed over a phone number but no call from the manager. I wrote an email to an address found on the net and no reply again for a week.
Complains can be made only related to orders etc.
"Great" service customer!

Ordered a pair of Salomon shoes on 13. July and received them with GLS on 16. July.
The shoes were of correct size and everything was fine. Exactly the pair I had been looking for! Very satisfied!

Item didnt fit so returned 3 months ago. Still haven't received money. The post office keep trying to return the item to them but it is never delivered due to 'no-one being there'. Allegedly a proper company and no-one ever there to get a parcel? 3 months of back and forth with them and nothing and we spent loads of money. Dont bother with this company if you think there is the slightest chance you want to return an item, when will we see our money again??

This company is located in Slovakia, I never ordered in Slovakia before. The reviews scared me a lot. I ordered some gymnastics clothing for my daughter.
It went all perfectly and I got the order 7 days after ordering. So really nothing to complain. The only thing that Sportisimo can do better is recomforting the customers with better communication. No information other than your order has been processed. And indeed when you call the customer service it is telling you are next in line and before you know it, the answering machine is saying its too busy and you will be called back (what did not happen). So it's a real company with real materials that definitely will ship your goods, I just think they have been victim of the online orders and need time to adjust at the high internet demand since the pandemic. Worth it to give them a chance!

I ordered a total of 18 iron plates for my homegym.
Paid via Paypal and got a order confirmation, a few days later I received the goods without problems.
After I ordered I read all the bad reviews and thought about cancelling my order, but I left it and it worked out.
Only downside being the packaging, DHL had to repack all 3 boxes, since the original boxes were totally wrecked by the weight plates inside. So the packaging needs more attention.
Apart from that everything worked fine.

This shop has the worse customer service ever, do not trust, do not buy, sending back the product is a pain, getting back the money is even painful, lucky there is the the Consume Center which can help.

After placing an expensive order I was disappointed to read all the bad reviews regarding delivery.

However, this is NOT the case. The company updates you along the whole way, they provide you with updates and tracking from their warehouse to the Czech post office to Hermes. It takes 4 working days for the parcel to be shipped and once Hermes have it, it takes 2 more days.

Nothing to worry about, place your order with confidence, I was delighted with my new Inline skates!

I saw quite a few bad reviews which panicked me a bit after ordering! However, I wanted to share my experience as it was absolutely fine.
I ordered on the 23rd nov and delivery was received on 1st dec to the UK.
Everything was as ordered and I recieved several emails updating me throughout that time.
I would use this site again.

Amazing service i live in the uk and bought 2 pair of under armour trainers on the 11th of november got full updates as to where my items are by email and recieved them on the 17th both items perfect will definitely buy from here again

I bought a number of barbells, cast iron plates and dumbbells at the end of March 2020 in two separate orders. As the items were sent from the Czech Republic, delays were expected, but the lies and empty promises were not. Numerous emails were exchanged throughout April where Sportismo's 'Jan Dvorak' could not provide an update or tracking information. It took until the beginning of May 2020 to receive the majority of the order in a piecemeal fashion, although two items still remain outstanding to this day. A dispute was raised with PayPal after a number of unsuccessful attempts to resolve with Sportismo.

Paid £80 for trainers on 26th October was due on 31st Oct nothing arrived been chasing for days amd being fobbed off saying they are checking with the courier... it’s now 4th November still nothing and they are not responding to me neither

Had an excellent transaction. Reliable company with quick service. Placed my order on Saturday, received it 5 days later (in Belgium). Don't know where the negative comments come from, trolls? Just ignore them and place your order. Thank you Sportisimo!

This company is a scam.
They are committing fraud and deception.
They take your money and then send a package with a cheap bit of Chinese rubbish instead. As your name, address, order number and tracking number they claim you have recieved your order. Having caught them out with hard fact evidence they said they were not responsible for the mistake of the label being put on the wrong parcel. They offered order be sent out again but I wanted refund. Their offers didn't even cover the price of my item!!
Now surprise surprise they are now ignoring me, no email replies and phone put down on me..
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CRIMINALS.

They have the most unprofessional and unreliable services. I placed an order which arrived with some missing things from my order, which I paid entirely.
I contacted them to ask them about my missing piece and they told me that they will send it in a few days, I've asked them to confirm me they will send it in 2 weeks period as after that I will leave town and need the ordered missing piece, they confirmed they will send it earlier.
After 1 week and a half, still didn't received my piece, I called them again and told them that I received a confirmation from the courier company that my order will reach me soon but the AWB id is invalid and it already passed 5 days since that confirmation and I haven't received anything.
They told me that it's not their fault that they are used to the slowliness of the courier company and they cannot do anything so it's better for me to wait bc they will arrive eventually and if it's urgent to call them bc they cannot do anything.
Well, you've lost me as your client for sure and indeed is nothing you can do!

Terrible service. Do not order from this company.
I ordered 3 pairs of Adidas trainers, which arrived earlier than expected. One pair was not the size I ordered, another had a defect and the third was OK.
I returned two pairs with Hermes to the UK address given.
3 weeks later, after several emails and calls I still don't have my replacement trainers and it seems that the 2 returned pairs have been lost in transit between the UK and CZ. Every time I call I am promised an update which never materialises.

PS: when calling the customer service number a message reads that they are experiencing technical issues and that you should send an email. Then a long pause happens before the line starts to ring. They don't want customers to call and don't reply to emails. An absolute disgrace.

Terrible. It has been MONTHS and I have only received half my order. 5 emails later and they still haven't told me when the rest is coming or if I can have a refund. Do not order from them.
