I have left william hill on so many occasions, but come back as they do offer so much more . But lately it's not good , as always having technical problems and being down . Could it be a con , could they be stopping people from cashing out . They need to up there game . When you put your money in there hands , you exspect a top service , but alas it is less than 50% . Starting to distrust this site

Used to think they were OK, the odds were never the best but a decent selection of markets which you could make odds up using boosts sometimes, win though and they will simply remove any access to boosts, best odds and stake restrict you, like the rest of the industry, they want your cash and treat customers like dirt, an industry long over due proper regulation.

Offered me 40 pounds in free bets for staking 10 pounds then refused to honour it because I used PayPal to deposit the funds,£10 is £10 regardless of where it came from, totally misleading and a shabby way to get new custom, won't be using them again and I would advise anyone looking for an online betting service to try another bookie

Don't use William Hill. I have reason to complain to William Hill about the state of their website. It has been giving out different information on the same games. I recently had a bet for a 3-0 nil result... 70 mins played. Less than 1 minute later the game ended... the score 5-0 nil. I simply would not have made that bet had I have had accurate information. I wrote this off as a one off... it wasn't it was one of many!!!! . I own 2 Mac computer, running the latest operating systems, 2 iPads, again running latest OSX plus upgrading the WHill apps. I also go to another site where I use brand new iPad. So William Hill are telling me it was ALL MY FAULT? They were unhelpful, evasive, and threw in as much technical tech speak as they could manage. I find it difficult to carry on with their shenanigans and it's not that they are not making massive profits and they seem, to me, to be resorting to very underhanded methods to appropriate your money without playing fair. Response delaying and giving inaccurate timings, they must be making millions on their millions... it reeks of excessive greediness and not being ethical bookmakers. I'm leaving them, and as many of my betting friends as I can convince to leave with me. Overall pretty disgusted with them.

This is the worse company I have ever dealt with. My experience with these clowns has been emotional. I created an account so I could link it to my plus card account. And after sending e mail upon e mail with my documents after about 1 week they were finally accepted. Which was of me having to take a photo of me holding the docs. I was informed the account was now good to use. All was fine until 3 days ago when I tried to make a withdrawal of £80. I have now been informed that there is restrictions on the account and I am unable to withdraw any money. They are absolute Muppets. I have spent about 3 hours on live chat and sent multiple e mails over the last few days to which nothing is getting sorted. I'm sure there customer services are set up in a circus. I am now contemplating my next move to try and get my hands on my winnings. They are happy as long as you are depositing into the account but make life extremely miserable when you try to make a withdrawal. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stay Way from these crooks.

Better than most of the clowns out there. Tend not to limit you, but they will remove bonuses from you. Surprise surprise - their casino is open to all.

Absolute rubbish - software crashes all the time, the bonus system is deliberately complicated with restrictions, any money you win seems to be siphoned into bonus and reserve accounts so you cannot withdraw it.

Basically its a scam - put money in only if you never want to see it again (win or loose).

The online technical support is shambolic and takes forever. Even the simplest question requires them to go into your account which takes them ages.

When I had finally had enough I tried to withdraw my winnings and they said I needed to register a payment method. OK fine I thought, until I realised you can only do this by making a deposit! So I had to put money into the account which is instant, to make a withdrawal which takes 3-5 days!

They had a promotion offering a £5 free bet every time the player for my top goalscorer bet scored a goal but then refused to give me the free bets.

They tried to claim I put the bet on too late but I had already checked with someone at the company who had told me I had done it in time.

the last time i went down my william hill bookie, put 7 pounds in after i had change after my greggs and i span the wheel and it took everything. unnacceptable, rude, how can they get away with this

Slow site that has many issues but the main one that has really annoyed me is the failure on cash outs i have had on several occasions. The cash out shows but when i select it then select confim i get a loading screen and the cash out never happens. This has happened to me on several occasions and all william hill said is "cash out isnt always available due do the market changing". Now im sorry but if the cash out is shown to be available and i select it then select CONFIRM the cash out should be mine. ALL other sites work this way and just suspend cash out when markets are changing or something is happening in the game. Due to this i have lost money on plenty occasions and william hill do nothing about it. Terrible customer service

Don`t have too many winning bets with William Hill. I have won on a few bets and now they are limiting me to £15 bets. This company are are a joke. They want your money, but don`t like it when they have to pay out. Not bookmakers they are business men who only like profits. They will take all your money and won`t limit you to low bets if you are losing.

Just got sent a email advising me about this years grand national. The daft bar stewards must have forgotten I self excluded myself permanently last year! They must be desperate for mug punters. Been a year now without gambling online I don't need them encouraging me. Useful tip exclude your self permanently from all online bookmakers will save you alot of grief and money.

Received an email offering 10 free SPINS if I spent £5 went onto game and it came up 5p so I increased it to 50p and started the game soon found it this was 50p per line (which is not made clear) and after 5 SPINS in 20 seconds I found ihad spent £100 £20 per spin after waiting for a lad on online chat to check this I was basically told tough and chat was disconnected absolutely appalling service
