Received an email offering 10 free SPINS if I spent £5 went onto game and it came up 5p so I increased it to 50p and started the game soon found it this was 50p per line (which is not made clear) and after 5 SPINS in 20 seconds I found ihad spent £100 £20 per spin after waiting for a lad on online chat to check this I was basically told tough and chat was disconnected absolutely appalling service

Joined this morning for a bet on the darts. They took my money now want proof of age I'm 51 just wanted a bet on darts. I have asked them four times now for a refund they keep sending me same email back. William hills give me my money back I have three other online betting accounts I will stick with them. Once again William hills give me my money back. They must be breaking some law or act in not giving me my money back.

DO NOT USE WILLIAM HILL SPORTS ONLINE.there cash in is absolutely terrible at the best of times but when u try and cash in 5 times and keep getting am error message so contact there support staff there attitude is tough its a technical fault stick it up ur rear end and that is honestly how i felt after speaking to one them them (meryl m was the name).and then when i send an email into them about her and the problem that cost me money they dont even have the good business presence to reply.absolutely terrible site STAY AWAY

I would agree with most of the comments regarding William hill.
very average site, Loyalty bonuses are near impossible to come by.
Promos fairly average.
Cash out is available. Range of sports is very average , casino bonuses also very hard to get.
Withdrawal times fairly average.
Not much to say on them, sign up for sign up bonuses then move.

After few bets they have limited me on 3 euros per bet on all events, and told to me that this is their final desicion. I tought that they are one of the best bookies in the world. They are tragic comedy. So dissapointing. I was just in 50-100 euros profit?!?

I'm not a big better but will try out promotions of all sorts to see if they live up to the hype and on this case they certainly did not. Promo was 3 x £10 free bets on new account sign ups. So i signed up never got the free bets so i contacted chat help to ask why and they explained i needed to make a minimum £10 deposit/ single bet 1st. That in its self is fine its often the case this kind of things require a minimum deposit, however the chat rep was extremely arsey with me stating 'next time read the t&c's', i was not in any way rude to her just asked a straight forward. Best of was no t&c's were readily available attached the promotion, it took some digging to find them. So i placed a qualifying bet and blow me still get get the promotion. Bottom line is no gambling promotion with ever be in the benefit of the customer these companies by nature want to acquire as much of your money as possible for as little effort as possible. They as a result have zero respect for their customers. Bottom line is, don't bother you aren't ever going to benefit from a gambling promotion they simple do not care about your custom !

Logged into Hills Sportsbook as there was a race I wanted to watch "LIVE"

Put required bet on, selected watch "LIVE" through qualifying bets.

Horses gathered together ready for the off, took off and the video player instantly boned me with "Sorry, unable to access video server".

What a load of rubbish. My bet was a 100% waste of money as I only put it on to see the race. Despite trying to reload the player it kept just saying "Scr*w You"...sorry, wrote how it felt, I meant "Sorry, unable to access video server" So I was basically robbed, as I paid for a service, met the terms required, followed by NO GOODS!

William Hill need to get their board together and sack as many people in senior management at it takes to get the William Hill working again. Their lackadaisical approach needs removing to get the companies reputation back.

P.S. Poker site still not fixed since September when the software became incompatible with most windows based operating systems. Troubleshot it to death. Expert tells me it's just sloppy code writing which could have been sorted out in a few hours!!! As for their relationship with ipoker.....Needs divorce and move to network that works.

I can only think they have an enormous tax bill they need to write off as who else would you damage their own business for except HMRC?

UPDATE: May 2018. The website still has it's problems which make it impossible to use. The last change " adding banners to the main screen" has made loading so slow I can't be bothered to wait. If you notice a race you would like to put a bet on, by the time the opening page is open the race would have already started....if it lets you log in first time!
