Very straight forward process, excellent value and we enjoyed a brilliant afternoon at Anfield.

I bought tickets for Tottenham Leicester in November, customer service was present, courteous and always available 24 hours. The tickets were sent to me the day before the match via email. I recommend you rely on them especially if you don't want to buy season tickets for the teams you want to see. rating 10

Awful company, booked tickets months in advance only for them to email on the day saying they’re are no tickets available and have to pay £500 each for a ticket. All round awful and stressful experience, complete lack of customer service and transparency and shady behaviour throughout.
Never use this company.

My wife and daughter are sat at home watching Champions League match Aston Villa v Celtic. I ordered and paid for two tickets 1st of December. Emailed them again about the tickets on the 14th of December, to be told that everything is fine and in order and I would receive the tickets 1-5 days before the match. Heard nothing from Sports Ticket office until I wrote to them day before the match. They wrote back saying at the time of the ticket purchase they could only estimate the price (this was news to me as what I originally paid was supposed to be the price) but their suppliers have now provided a full price. Sports Ticket Office now wanted an extra £500 off me. I declined and said I wanted a full refund. I now have to wait between 5 to 21 working days for my refund which is odd considering they wanted an extra £500 off me within 24 hours. This company should be shut down they are a disgrace,I feel as though they had no intentions of sending out tickets. So disappointed. Abysmal.

This so called company are rubbish.i purchased 2 tickets for the villa celtic game on the first of January and the money was out of my account that day I booked flights and hotel and arrived today to be told that they didn't have the tickets I purchased but if I gave an extra 540 Sterling they would do there best to get them for me I told them to stick it they then told me that to get my money back I will have to wait 5 to 21 working days they are real joker's they need to be reported to trading standards don't buy any thing from them they are crooks

We got the best experience. Purchased Chelsea tickets as a present for a child. Amazing customer service, very helpful and accommodating. Answered all the questions and made us feel very secure. Received tickets day before the game. Sits out of this world, to say we are happy is an understatement. Huge thank you , will be back again!

Communicative and kind customer service, and good tickets for a good price! Only complaint is that the tickets we received were not directly seated next to each other, instead they were on rows right above each other. Besides that, perfect!

Despite tickets arrived only one day before the event, Sport Tickets Office was always supportive, replying very fast to any email, keeping communication always running and asking feedback during the event. Very good customer service!

The team was very reponsive. Always ready to help and focused on how things were going on. My only comment, even we got an upgrade in one of the games, is they should have asked brgore excuting the change. Overall my exprience was great!!

Don’t use.

This company are awful to deal with. They charge you a price for tickets and then wait until a few hours before the event, when you still have not received the tickets and then email you to say you need to pay more for the tickets. In my case, the company said we couldn’t have the tickets we had paid for unless we paid another £200 per ticket for them to release them.
Awful experience, zero customer service, stressful process from start to finish, not to mention the unscrupulous, greedy, price gouging strategy used to get you emotionally committed then force you to pay vastly over the odds for tickets
If you are reading this looking for who to buy tickets from, please do not use this company at any cost.

This is the first time I bought my football tickets with Sport Ticket Office and someone from Sport Ticket Office brought my ticket to my Hotel one day before the football match and it was a great experience with no issues.

Very good service. replied to all my quires very quickly. Would use them again.

People reading this are probably sceptical as I was getting tickets from a third party but these guys are 100% genuine I took my son to the Lyon Vs St Etienne game and couldn't get tickets anywhere apart from these guys. Great experience for me and my son. Thank you very much.

Liverpool - Crystal Palace
Some of the latest games with Klopp, so tickets were hard to get hold of and no gurantee to sit 4 together. But they pulled through. We recieved tickets matchday, but quality was better than what we had bought. Too bad Liverpool lost:)

Great places, tickets arrived on time. Good match, very safe the organization!
