Everything was great!! We achieved to get the tickets one day before the match between Manchester and PAOK and we had a fantastic time!!!The office also asked me if everything was ok during my entrance!! Many thanks for the support!!!

The match tickets I purchased were upgraded to the Cannoville Suite package, which was a thoughtful gesture. My tickets were conveniently sent to my email a day prior to the match. On the day of the match, I received another email to ensure that everything was in order. The customer service I experienced was truly exceptional.

For a reasonable price I received my e-tickets for the match two days before. My seat was excellent. A perfect view. I even received an email prior to the game asking if everything was satisfactory. It was effortless.

I bought such tickets for the first time and they all replied very fast. I got the ticket one day before the match and it worked very well

I got my ticket the day before the game and had no issues getting into the stadium. I also received a text asking me if i got in all right. I was a bit worried about getting the tickets later on the actual day of the game but, as i said that wasn’t the case. Overall a very good service and i will definitely use sport tickets office again.

The tickets were delivered in the end but the experience is quite taxing as you have paid an exorbitant amount of money up front and you are literally being told they are being delivered over and over again and they do not show up. The only other criticism is we ordered 3 seats together we were told this was “guaranteed “ and then 1 seat was separated from the other 2. The answer when questioned was just ask someone at the game to swap with you. Not really what I paid for and no it didn’t happen. Disappointing when you travel to the other side of the world to share an experience with your kids and you’re sitting next to 2 strangers whilst they are on their own as well.

I had some contact with the company and de allways gave me immediately respons. I got the ticket in time, just what I payed for. Nice of them to contact me just before the beginning of the match to see everything was ok. My first experience of this company, but not the last.

Robert and the team did well to keep us updated about the game and dispatch of tickets.
Only thing is we had to wait until the day before the match to get them, so we had an anxious few days worrying that they wouldn't turn up! I don't quite know why they have to cut it so fine with sending them on.
Otherwise, we saw a terrific match with great seats.

Well I must admit that I read the reviews and was very nervous about buying the tickets online (especially when their office address is in another country) with stories of late arrivals etc. for sport tickets office, but most reviews were similar to this (with a happy ending) and where else could I get the tickets at a reasonable cost. Sport tickets were honest and up front and the tickets arrived 2 days before the game and were genuine with excellent seats. Very relieved when the scanner accepted the tickets no problem at Wembley!!

Straight forward process.

Bought the tickets day of the match. Not only did they have a constant communication with me on how the tickets would be delivered but they upgraded me for free and my seats were incredible. You pay a bit of a premium but for foreigners looking for tix this was a terrific way to buy them. Thank you!

Ordered two sets of two tickets for the Euros 2024
Had the first pair for the first game fine
Second game had an email 4hrs before game to say we were not getting them but they could supply if we paid another £675 per ticket
I declined and accepted a refund, had an email to say i would get refund within 5-20 working days
Despite several emails and live chats (they never answer phone number) I just keep getting "we will pass to our financial team"
Still waiting today and its 9th August

SCAM !!! Total SCAM
We bough tickets for Hungary- Scotland in Stuttgart , and 2 hours before the match they send us an email letting us know that they don't have our tickets.

received the tickets for Scotland Switzerland with 1 day before - which is per their terms but makes the customer nervous of course! - anyway good seats although it was in with the Swiss fans even though the order was for scotland end- because I knew the Swiss fans would be good craic we didnt argue. So they did deliver - so all good.
