Completely wasted my time. No offer made within 10 days, had to ring only to be told they would not make an offer. My property is brand new so no defects, they said it was because of the market, so why not let me know within the 7 days instead of me having to ring them 10 days later to find out. I missed the property I wanted because of the delay, really angry with them!

We are very happy with the service provided by the whole team who made the whole experience stress free, which is so important at our age. We would recommend Spring to anyone.

When we first started our buying and selling with Spring it was very daunting, but Aston was always very understanding and would always answer any questions with kindness no matter how trivial. The speed of the process was particularly helpful. The lack of a chain is also another useful feature. There is no doubt the price you sell for is well below market value but that is made up for by the fact you get LTO time off up to 28 days, no chain, legal fees contribution. For those looking for a hassle free, speedy service his is a way to go.

We have recently started I part exchange process after having 2 x sales fall through.
They have completed process for us to enable us to move to new home on date we wanted and have 3 weeks to move which takes stress out of process.
Process was completed in 2 weeks!

We recently downsized from a four bedroom house to a new Park Home and decided to accept the offer of part exchange via Springmove. We are very happy that we did this because the whole process took 28 days. There was no worry of being caught in a chain with the possibility of someone dropping out. The offer is less than what you would expect to get if sold normally but it’s a lot less worry. Communication with the legal team could have been better (there was a worrying niggle that it was too good to be true sometimes) and a call or email from the solicitor telling you of progress could have prevented this. This is why only four stars.

I have recently used Spring to downsize from my large family home to a McCarthy & Stone retirement flat. Using Spring enabled me to bid for the flat as a cash buyer without the stress of dealing with estate agents and the worry of a chain breaking down. I really appreciate being able to stay in my old home for up to 28 days, whilst the flat is being re-decorated before I move in. From the outset Paul and his team clearly explained the process and the offer and have always been ready to answer any questions that I had. If it works for you financially I would definitely recommend their services.

As the sale of our house fell through on the day of exchange, we decided to use Spring so we could still proceed with purchasing our new house.
We exchanged contracts just after 3 weeks of our initial contact with Spring, and completed and moved in just a further 2 weeks later.
We were amazed at how quickly and easy the process was and are very grateful that we could still buy our new home.

Yes - the price they pay for your house is lower than what Estate Agents say is the market value (which is, of course, not guaranteed to be what you eventually get), but…..

I found that the most helpful parts of the process were the support from the progression team leader, the capacity for Spring to guarantee a sale, and the license to occupy the home we were selling for an extra 28 days before moving into our new home. My wife and I weren’t too sure about the quality of the legal support Spring was getting but we had insufficient information to comment authoritatively on that aspect.

Fantastic service received from the team at Spring with a special mention to Simon. They were very pro-active, efficient and great communication throughout the whole process. I would thoroughly recommend them.
