Excellent reliable service, great value for UK Mobile calls to Europe. My Latvian friend experienced no problems calling Latvia every day, whilst in the UK for 4 months. We did not use mobile data but I compared mobile data speeds with my usual provider, Spusu was unbelievable fast (130Mbps).

Having received a defective physical SIM from Spusu the issue was resolved very quickly through a phone calle to the Spuse Service Team.
The team is located in the U.K. and speak clear english with a full understanding of each mobile phone's technical characteristis and what is needed to correct an issue.
I was provided with a temporary e-SIM which immediately gave me he use of my mobile and this was quickly followed up with the delivery of a replacement physical SIM card.
The rectification of this problem was painless and efficient.

I have been with Spusu for around a year now, purchased two SIMs on a deal for my son and daughter, its great value for teenagers. I've been really impressed with them, so much so that I have recently bought a SIM for my partner too and he will be porting his existing number to the new SIM. Customer service has been great, as I already have an account with two SIMs, when I purchased the third a new account was automatically created, a phone call to the helpline and they have merged the accounts making it much easier to manage all SIM cards in one account, they were also proactive in offering me advice on what to do if my new SIM card hadn't arrived before my porting date. Finally. I've upgraded one of the original SIMs to the lastest low cost plan to give my son a little more data. Overall happy with the service I have received.

Joined spusu, installed esim fine, then over the weekend data stops working, reboot phone, uninstalled sim, spent hours investigating but no data, whatsapp'd spusu first thing monday, they replied 4 hours later... Called them to be told as i joined mid month my data was prorata.... App does not show that and as per the title spusu state they can not send an sms to inform you you are out of data... Instead you need to check the app that needs..... Data....
