I've just joined Spusu mobile transferring from another provider. The customer service is second to none, only waiting on the phone for a maximum of 2 minutes.
Daniela was patient and very helpful with my minor esim problem and had it rectified in 5 minutes. I am now up a running on a cheaper contract and far better reception.
Thanks to all at Spusu.

I do not recommend spusu as one of the most disrespectful, unhelpful customer service come across so far. Get any other virtual network you'll be far better off.

I find Spusu customer service absolutely first rate. You speak to an agent who is in the London area so anyone you speak to understands everything you say to them and are very friendly and helpful... Other providers could learn a thing or two from Spusu's customer care experience. With Spusu's affiliate site offers and using a stable network that EE is, I honestly believe that Spusu is certainly one of the best providers in the UK. Nathan.

Reasonable wait time on my call. Friendly agent and straightforward explanation of the issue once security was cleared. Just what you'd want from a support service.

I called and Jess dealt with more query quickly and efficiently. Made it a very quick and simple transaction.

Im so impressed with a) the speed with which they answer calls (be prepared for WhatsApp responses to be a lot slower)
b) the knowledge and efficiency of their people and
c) their willingness to fund a resolution for a situation of my own making.
Add this to the great coverage and incredible price and I'm very very happy

The mobile coverage seems to be good (EE network) but if you need Spusu's customer service to do anything, beware - I've found them to be painfully slow to respond.

Why pay more with larger networks and get a lot less then SpuSu offers. Glad I made the change

I transferred my number to Spusu and I cannot receive calls and they go directly to voice mail since the transfer happened. Called customer service through many channels. They just pretend that I didn't install the sim card correctly and give me more things to try. Only one of the agents actually created a ticket and tried to solve the problem, it worked for a bit and my phone went back to the original state of being broken. I cannot receive SMS messages either.
Now I'm asking PAC code to transfer back to my old provider and the SMS doesn't generate the code. Because the phone number doesn't receive SMS messages and they come in bulk every so often. My SMS based 2 factor authentication has been ruined for many apps because of this too.
They literally ruined my years old existing number during transfer.
Edit: Since I sent the post, I have had numerous conversations with the customer services of both the old and new provider. Spusu blames it on the old provider and says they are investing. However, it has been 8 days since I cannot reach my phone number when I make a call. I don't know what else I can share since they have this escalated and they have been working on it. I just want a resolution.

Customer service was extremely helpful and polite when it was having difficulties filling in the forms online.

It takes a lot to be a bad provider, but Spusu take the crown. My horror story began around a week ago. I decided to join because the prices looked too good to be true. TLDR: it was too good to be true.
I signed up and told Spusu to port over my number. A process that should be quick and easy and take no longer than 24 hours and that many providers just don't mess up. Well, Spusu did.
They gave me a QR code for an initial number from Spusu so I added it to my phone. I was also moving phones, so I factory reset my phone and moved to my new phone. Tried the QR code. Dead. Wont work.
Fast forward 2 days. I've got no working SIM card / e-SIM. Contacting customer support via whatsapp takes 12+ hours for them to reply if you're lucky. I messaged them at 6:57pm and got a reply at 9:18am. A single reply. Yes. Just ONE single reply. Not a conversation.
Currently 10am and no reply back to me. You can't generate QR codes for eSIMs in the app. It's dreadful. A horrid, horrid experience.
Shockingly bad customer service. Long, drawn out "conversations" with customer support. This network wont last long. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Cheap as chips, but my calls keep on dropping off. Tried to phone the mother the night and 6 times it’s gone, so sadly I have depart the building and try pastures new. Thanks for the ride Spusu, short and sweet.

Is Derek Trotter owned a MVNO it would be Spusu. I've used many in my time but none have gotten close to this bunch of clowns.
I'll give you the two HUGE problems, first there's no number on your phone where you can actually call an operator. Any number I found on their website or Google search went N/U or unanswered. Second, they have a truly ridiculous system for getting a message, there's no dedicated number, oh no that's far too simple. Instead they send you a number to ring, the number I received was 14 numbers long and predictably didn't work. It seems there whole interface has been cobbled together by committee or 6 year olds who never met.
Good luck😭

Having been disappointed with Lebara since I joined December , could add evidence but it would go on for too long,.
With little research only and with a UK call centre 😎 I jumped on it.
It's early days yet as I have only been on for about 2 days and my number is not yet ported but so far on how they handled the issue of esim ,I was up on running immediately on the temp number.
I spoke with 3 different agents within about 45 minutes, they answered promptly, they were on the same page when it comes to information.
So yes for now it's all good, held back that last star ⭐ as it's only 2 days and based on customer service and action rather than service.
Finally they run over EE who used to be orange when I joined them back in their inception.

I upgraded to 5* solely based on customer service and performance of the company and agents so far but not on the actual mobile service because it's too early and provided by EE network.
The calls have been a bit spotty but could be phone could be coverage somno judgement on that at this point

I have used Spusu eSim now for around 12 months for a second number and although the first set up for this number was over 2 weeks, when it went live it’s been perfect! Recently decided that I would move networks. Looking around I needed to move my number with me I’ve had it for over 20 years. Looking around I found Spusu again as a very affordable network. Within minutes I had my eSIM emailed to me and scanning the QR code the new number was up and running. I tried using the app and website to add a PAC number but failed, so decided to call them on the help line. I rang around 1pm Saturday afternoon, straight after the esim was activated.
Within 1 minute the phone was answered by a pleasant cheery lady, unfortunately we got cutoff due to my accidentally pressing the red button. However, I called straight back and got a very polite professional man who understand my needs and within 1minute and 57seconds flat I was able to share with PAC code and phone number I wanted to port over and was told it would be Tuesday for this to happen.
I really love how efficient this was and very helpful team, not only Understanding the issue, but providing a solutions and support was seamlessly easy.
