My card reader was damaged, got prompt response for a replacement. Called customer service, immediate response and didnt have to wait. I spoke to a polite, professional person who resolved my issue. My replacement card reader was received 1 day after my request. With minimal interruption to my business. That's what I call a stellar service.

What a waste of time the card reader was not compatible with my phone which is one of the latest and up to date when I reported this a young girl had no idea and fobbed me of the app wanted permission to access my photos and numbers what the hell has that to do with taking money finally what planet are they on all planets are round not square

Excellent customer service from Sophie – sorted my reader problem over the phone then gifted me £500 worth of fee free transactions. And I wasn’t left hanging on the end of a phone for hours on end!

Square Banking Review
Before signing up with Square Banking I had previously been with two very well-known card processing companies so I had a yardstick for comparison. Although the charge rates are slightly higher with Square there are no other charges, plus I don’t need a card reader. Before it could take up to four days for money’s to reach my account, with Square it seems that next day is normal. If you are looking for a fuss free way to take card payments then I highly recommend Square Banking.

I took my time researching a card reader that would suit my business. I purchased several Square card readers and was up and running in minutes. The reader is so easy to use and the money is in your account the next day. More importantly, their customer service is second to none. Very rare for any company. I had a problem of my own making, rang them up and the operator and service was stunning. Problem solved and up and running immediately. Well done Square
