It's okay, the schedueling is great and works very well, no complaints there, but the invoicing / quotes system is bulky and ugly. It also does not really work and translations are not good. I contacted support with some remarks on very weird translations half a year ago, they would take it up but since then those have not been changed.

So it does what it needs to do, in English and foe UK it is probably the best thing there is, but for non-english customers I think improvements are needed...

Absolutely brilliant system. I use this as my only booking system. Great for booking jobs, reminder messages, advertising and the list goes on. The best customer service I have ever received, always reply the same day with detailed instructions.

I have been using Squeegee for almost 3 years now and have never has any issues. And if any issues do happen they're fixed ASAP to get you back in the game. This software has been a true game changer and delivers everything that I wanted my business to run like. Easy access to bulk messaging, day before text reminders and emails to keep all my customers in the loop. You don't understand how powerful these small attention to details go but it's a really long way. I have nothing but praise from customers on how amazing the communication is. But it's not just that, the work layout, route optimization, easily adding new customers on the fly, round grouping, visual planning, Payment data, auto-payments, bank reconciliation, Customer support, customer management, reporting (On literally everything you need), customer portals and more!

It obviously takes more than the software to run a successful business. But this helps improve everything that's needed to run a service based businesses in check.

Couldn't live without it now and love seeing the business grow on squeegee!

Brilliant app, user friendly, automates everything, couldn't do without this app. Also squeegee are very proactive in doing updates and are a great customer support.

I have been using Squeegee for a couple years now and I have to say it’s outstanding feature is the customer service.
It’s already a very user friendly app with great video tutorials that are especially useful if you are limited with tech.
But at those times when you can’t find the answer to a question you email the team and they get back to you quickly ,with clear easy step by step guidance.
The customer service is outstanding and highly recommend the app.As the bookkeeper of a company it had reduced my workload significantly!I no longer dread getting everything ready for the tax return!

Arrived on time, polite and friendly. Got on with the job immediately. Good professional service. Really pleased with the results. Internal gutter clean, External gutter clean, Fascias cleaned, Soffits cleaned. Free window clean included! Would definitely recommend.

Squeegee has played a big part in helping me build a strong, reliable brand. Thanks to good systems and solid service, I’ve grown to over 300 active customers and more than 1,000 jobs completed.

I've been looking for opinions for a long time and I'm glad to have Squeegee is the best, I'm being more effective with it

I have tried various software's for my business but I have found that overall Squeegee is the best for ease of use and the extensive tools it supplies. I have multiple workers who all use squeegee and it helps us to assign work and see in real time where they are and how they are managing there work load.

I have been using Squeegee from the start of my business and I honestly wouldn't know what I would have done without it.

All my customers are made up with the integrated invoice system and I couldn't be happier with how the app has helped my business get started and grow.

As a wheelie bin cleaning service it can become really complicated to get the right bin collection days and times. Using Squeegee makes turning up to clean bins on the right days and times simple.

After the initial stage of getting used to everything adding jobs, customers and scheduling etc it soon becomes second nature.

The staff are also really helpful and care about their customers. I would highly recommend squeegee for anyone who has complicated schedules and needs to visiting multiple customers a day. It will make your life so much easier and worth every penny.

Having signed up to squeegge in March my initail review was great. Since they now do not appear to answer the phone as they are so busy, I have now requested assistance all morning by email and no response. Poor service. Still no response to my requests after 4 hours of sending emails. Appalling service when tyring to run a small business

Love the Squeegee App, you can use just the basics and it is so quick and easy to get on with or, use every option available and it can virtually run your entire business for you. Great app with great support.

Update: We were able to get i ntouch with squeegee and they were able to locate the issue so this now has been fixed and hopefully we will not have any more disruptions.

So until a month ago we were extremely happy with squeegee app, but everything changed when we started experiencing problems with the app that we never had before. The changes we made to the schedule and customer’s jobs stopped showing, jobs started to disappear, and you can imagine how stressful that is when you rely on this app for everything. So we started missing jobs as they were not showing, customers started to complain it’s a nightmare. We are trying g to call squeegee for over 2 weeks now and their phone line is always busy so no contact over the phone, they are replying to emails and said they have fixed it as it was from their new release but it turns out they did nothing, it’s still happening and it is unacceptable to have 0 communication with the company when your business running depends on their software. We are starting to look at alternative softwares as we are loosing hope they will fix that and will reply so be careful if you depend solely on a software as lately this one is unreliable.
