Excellent customer service
I had a problem with my padlock so contacted Squire who advised to return it to them. They sent a brand new one in a very quick turnround time, free of charge.

Superb customer service
Had a couple of cp50 combination locks, though still working, we’re getting difficult to operate. Contacted Squire locks, I returned as instructed and a few days later replacement locks were received! This was all as leading up to
Xmas, so excellent customer service and I recommend Squire locks to friends and colleagues.

A really good substantial disk lock
A really good substantial disk lock, but not too heavy. Actually goes through the spokes of the wheel and the disk which is even better. Easy website transaction and very quick delivery.

Squire, still a good company with good products. I have felt a certain loyalty since 1983 when I happened to be passing the factory and dropped in with a question about a squire lock. No quibble; they took the initiative and replaced the whole unit. I am still impressed.
