Unfortunately this was a poor experience from the moment I went into the store & they couldn’t complete transactions because their computers were down. My glasses have not fit properly after several adjustments and give me headaches. I won’t be back.

The sign on your door says same day services . I was in on April 10 2026 was told my glasses would be ready on April 24 2026 one pair was ready on April 26 and was told the other pair showed to have been delivered but couldn’t find them in the store. I was supposed to have been notified what was going on and today is April 30 2026 I would like to know where my product is

Not worth the money
Experience is completely out of the normal went to get my prescription got glasses and I knew they were wrong got a second opinion at broom optical and they gave me a completly different prescription wouldn’t recommend unless you wanna waste your time and money
