Lens did not have lines in right place on lens. Glasses were never marked with pupils position. So had to return and wait another two weeks. I wear bifocal. But returned and they were very helpful... See more

Worst experience ever
They tricked me. I used them before it was alright this time they ripped me off. I went in gave them my insurance and I told them that the insurance covered exam 100% and up to $200 on frames. Then filled out some info, then sat there waiting for exam came out to fit for glasses, waited, the guy came to me and said they didn't take my insurance which they should of when and made me pay for exam. Now I need to go somewhere else
