The advertising was a bate and switch
The advertising was a bate and switch. The two pair of glasses is only for frames and no lens. The frames are only certain ones. Any other frame selected is by comparison expensive so the two for one is not necessarily a cost savings.

Deceptive advertising
Great service and product, but the advertised deal on glasses and exam was nowhere in sight. Made appointments for me and daughter and instead of paying the advertised $ 79.99 per person, my bill was over $600. Not happy at all about that. I've used them in the past and the deal was honored. I don't know what happened to this company but I don't recommend

The staff was very friendly
The staff was very friendly . I got an appointment pretty quick my glasses came in very quickly but the only problem I have is that they don’t have an actual doctor. It’s on a screen. The mirror I was supposed to look at was crooked I couldn’t see the entire test screen and the selection of glasses wasn’t much I couldn’t find anything hardly I liked I like medal frames but I also like the big lenses I couldn’t find what I wanted
