Very Happy Experience
I actually had to come to Stanton optical, because I went to a Vision Now and they were giving me the run around. Stanton gave me all my services, trials and corrections all in no more than an hour. Staff was friendly answered all my questions, and ordered my contacts with no problems.

The prescription is wrong
The prescription is wrong, prisms were not added per my prescription so I am seeing double with the new glasses I paid with dear cash. I have been unable to get into Santa Fe as I live a good distance away and only get to Santa Fe once a month. Unfortunately since Friday I have broken my L wrist so driving not an option for me at this time. I will be in town as soon as I can to drop off glasses for correction.

Customer Service
When we purchased these glasses we were going out of state for 40+ days.
When we returned I had issues with sun glasses and the hight of the bifocal in the lens. Morgan helped us ordering replacement lens the the focal point would be 2mm lower.
Now, that I can see better I realize that I hate the frames. They are just too large for my face. Oh well, just have to live with that mistake.

Scheduling can be better
I would like to start by saying the I was there for way to long. My scheduled appointment was at 10:15am. I left the office at 12:40pm. It seems that anyone can just schedule and theirs is no consideration for how many people have already scheduled. An individual who was there before me ended up having to leave without even getting checked due to the long waiting hours. Service was just fine.
