My experience could have been better if my glasses were adjusted to fit perfectly
My experience was fine. But the cost was a little high. I've gone to Eye Mart and it was cheaper. Then when I got a text that my glasses arrived and I could go pick them up, the girl that helped me, was going to walk away and not even ask how they fit when I put them on. So I told her to wait because they were too loose and needed adjusting. All she said was to come back if they needed further adjusting. Very unprofessional.

Although the staff was very nice
Although the staff was very nice, they had to charge me $36 for replacing frames that were under warranty. I only had the glasses for 2 months and the frames snapped while sitting on the nightstand overnight. When I bought them I was told that there was a 1 year warranty (I wasn't told there would be a cost to me), so I don't understand the $36 charge. Beware of hidden charges.

Complete waste of money
Complete waste of money. Internet exam doesn't work at all; many questions unanswered, and I had to figure out how to use equipment. In-person exam also confusing and I seemed to know more about how to use the equipment, which is bad, because I know nothing.

When filling out their tablet I reporting crust in the corner of my eyes. They told me I have an eye infection, which I don’t! After an hour, they refused to see me!
