I was a bit hesitant to make my order…

I was a bit hesitant to make my order but everything went very well. The delivery was quick and it arrived safely. Everything was here and nothing was missing. I was so pleased! Plus the prices are correct and there's a lot of nice stuff. Will buy again!

Large, variety rang of Asian food, super good delivery

After few shopping experience with Starry, I have to say it is a brilliant website for Asian food shopping. I ordered some bottle of sauces and liquids for my recent purchase. Everything was very well wrapped and packed when I unboxed them. Some of the snacks like Calbee brand, you just can not find anywhere else. Highly recommend particular at this difficult time.

Some of the best Customer Service ever.

Amazing range of groceries, but even more amazing is their customer service, my parcel was delayed and the courier service weren't very helpful, one phone call to Starry Mart customer service and a lovely woman found out exactly what was happening with my order - super reassuring.

Excellent and swift service

They sent me the wrong sauce, and offered promptly that I could either receive the correct sauce or get my money back. I chose the first option and received the sauce soon after. No hassle about returning the first shipment. Thanks!

Quick dispatch, will Order again

This is the first time I use this company to order some snacks. I ordered on Wednesday mid-night . They dispatched it on Thursday and deliver by DHL. Got the parcel on Friday afternoon . Very appriacoate for their prompt process . Will order again in the future ;)

Absolute pleasure to order from.

Absolute pleasure to order from, after payment to receipt of delivery confirmation it took minutes. Tucking into my foodstuffs next day.
I couldn’t be happier with Starrymart, will be using over and over again.

Great service

Great service, cant rave enough about it, had a sudden craving to try some new stuff and have never really tried asian foods so though i would get myself a collection of drinks, snacks and noodles, was plesently suprised when i found out they deliver fresh and frozen asian foods aswell, i got ALOT for £45 all items had a fair and good price and dispatch and delivery was super fast, look forward to payday so i can buy some more stuff, got alot of stuff and ive not even scratched the surface of all their stock plenty to chose from.

Excellent service

Package arrived fairly quick, all foods were well within date and were really securely packaged with air bag padding. Great communication from the shop as well and was given a tracking number.

Best of all I got yummy (and some super weird) snacks to try out, that I can't find anywhere else! :D

Overall very happy and will definitely be coming back for more!

Did not ship items when they said they had!

I paid for 48 hour shipping. Placed the order on Saturday and was told that it had been shipped on Monday (which is fine as Royal Mail 48 only operates Monday-Fri). Come Tuesday, I went to check the progress of my parcel and found that it had not even been received by royal mail yet! I used the royal mail's website and the link sent to me in the email by StarryMart. I checked back all day from around 8 am to just before I went to bed at 10pm. The parcel was still not given to Royal Mail yet. I thought maybe it was a glitch within Royal Mail's system, so I gave it the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe the parcel would arrive today (Wednesday) anyway and the website had just been wrong. Well, this morning I decided to check the tracking info again, as the postman had come and gone without delivering anything. And lo and behold, my items had JUST been received by Royal Mail THAT MORNING, not 48 hours before like I was told by email. I was planning a sushi making party for Thursday night and now it's totally blown as there is no way the items will get here by then. I'm absolutely crushed as I was really looking forward to this event. If there was some delay in getting the items shipped out on Monday, I wish someone had told me rather than lying about it. I could have made alternate arrangements for food or modified my order. As it stands now, I am out money and don't have enough time to travel to a store and get replacement items! Plus, I have been unable to find several of the things I purchased from StarryMart at any stores near me, Asian or otherwise. I had hoped that I could continue using StarryMart as I grew up in Japan and miss the food a lot. But now I feel like I can't trust them. Not only have StarryMart let me down, they've also lost what would have been a longtime repeat customer. Two stars.
