The initial bike setup was great, I didn't need to work a lot;) The only con is a package, it's too fragile. I had multiple holes in it (from transport) but luckily bike was not scratched or damaged (but it could). I was buying bikes from different shops and you have the worst packaging so please improve this :(

Clear delivery process and a high quality delivery.

I am a happy driver of the kalkhof image 3 move blx ebike, which one performa very well. Its a great ebike, very reliable. I am using the ebike every day, 5 days in a week. In just 1,5 months I made about a thousand km’s. And still drives like a new one.

Great service and lightning‑fast delivery - the package arrived in Poland within 3 business days. Everything matched the description, was well packed, and absolutely worth the purchase.

fast delivery - bike as describe and very affordable

I've bought my first gravel bike with a great deal from Statera and the whole buying process was quite smooth.

The shipping was really quick arriving in only 6 business days. Overall very good. A few small rips when it arrived but nothing damaged

I did order a e-road bike and are happy that i did order at Statera bikes and how everything was handled. Immediate confirmation and invoice after placing the order. When I inquired about the delivery date a few days later, I was informed the same day about the status of the procedure. A few days later, I received confirmation from the carrier that the goods were ready for shipment and after choosing my delivery date, they were delivered correctly and on time. Trusty company

I strongly advise against purchasing from this website.

I bought a bike with too many issues (the motor was faulty and the rim tape on the front and rear wheels was in such poor condition that I got two punctures in just 51 km). Due to the poor quality, I decided to return it, but Statera refused to give me a full refund because I had ridden it for 51 km.

I tried to explain that I couldn't have seen the problem with the rim tape without using the bike, but they wouldn't listen and they don't have a mediation service (or they refused to give me access to it).

I've wasted too much time and money because Statera. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Everything worked as described, great experience and the bike was delivered fully functional. I have since been riding a few thousand kilometers on it and couldnt be happier. Statera bikes was recommend to me and I would recommend them anyday.

Take care with them: They don’t know the UE taxes laws and if you’re buying from outside Germany in their different webs, you’re going to have problems with them.
And although you explain the UE taxes laws (and send the law they have to apply), the customer service is not going to correct their ignorance, provoking you a financial damage that can be considered scam because they refuse to refund German taxes charged in your online purchase although you send all custom border documentation.
Ignorance and haughtiness is not a good thing to put together in a business.
