Ive had a little problem when…

Ive had a little problem when requesting £100 loan as it went into my old account that is closed. Send a message on the Steadypay app and got the needed help. Michael was very thoughfull and explained everything. I had also receiced the money into the correct account and it took just 2 days as I was thinking it would take longer for them to check and to send the money into my correct account. Thank you very much Michael for your quick help and your quick way in helping me out. Keep it up always

I would completely avoid using any…

I would completely avoid using any company that works with other is SteadyPay. I have tried to set up a payment plan after receiving a default email, after numerous attempts to contact them regarding being made redundant.

Just some automated AI phone line. Nobody has responded to my emails. Nobody has contacted me regarding whether my plan has been set up or not.

I have documented every single way email and phone call I have tried to make with this copmany and I will be taking this further.

Further to my poor review of this…

Further to my poor review of this business. They then tried to bribe me by offering me all my monthly payments back if I took down my 1 star review. I said I would rather lose the money so people are aware and they withdraw the offer of giving me my money back.
This is not how you do business and I will now be taking this further. Totally unacceptable and con artists.

10/10 experience with steady pay
