Good to be able to see some Steeltech sheds on display in Tralee. Salesman, Sean helpful.
We agreed a model, size and installation date and Steeltech delivered on the agreed date.
Installation team arrived bang on time despite travelling all the way from Galway to South Kerry. The team were amazing. Very pleasant guys. It was a horrible rainy day but they were not deterred. Very good work ethic. They carried on until the job was done and without a break!

Poor Customer Service and No Guidance
I visited Steel Tech Shed in Athlone to get an estimate for a shed for my backyard. I explained that I was completely new to buying sheds and described what I wanted to store, including three bikes, a cargo box, camping gear, and other accessories.
Instead of guiding me through the process, I was bombarded with technical questions that I didn’t know how to answer. As a first-time customer, I was hoping for some advice or a simple explanation of what information was needed. I even asked if they could provide a written checklist of the questions or details I should prepare before coming back, and it was of no use.
I left feeling unsupported and disappointed. A little patience and guidance would have made a huge difference for someone who was genuinely looking for help. Unfortunately, it was a very poor customer service experience.

This isn’t to be difficult - it’s simply the quickest way to make sure the recommendation we give is actually suitable and avoids mistakes later in the process.
We would normally guide customers through this step-by-step in-store, and explain what information is needed as we go, so there’s no expectation for anyone to have technical knowledge in advance.
I’m sorry that your visit didn’t feel as supportive as it should have, and we’ll take your feedback on board to ensure that the initial consultation is clearer and more structured going forward.

Quality service and product
We were very happy with it all and the quality of the shed too. We preferred a double sliding door rather than a roller door and your agent advised us very well on that front, I was very happy to hear of no additional change for doing something different than appeared to be standard and very happy with how it turned out.
The lads doing our install were extremely quick too and did an excellent job.

Big shout out to all in Steeltech Sheds. My Supreme Shed was installed earlier this month. Whole process was seamless from ordering with Sean in Tralee showroom to liaising with Customer Service in Galway to installation. Shed was erected on date promised and exceptionally well finished. This is my third time dealing with the company buying my first product in 2014. This shed looks as good as new due to its quality materials and workmanship.

5 star across the board. Shed is top quality and it looks great. Simon who is usually based in the Bray branch was extremely helpful throughout, his experience and guidance was spot on. He went above and beyond and even kept in contact until I had the floor installed to ensure everything went fine and I was happy. I have had lots of friends asking about the shed and I cant recommend Steeltech enough compared to some of the other sheds I was looking at. Quality of product and service wont match.
